Hasan (owner with his family) and his staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Hasan himself did transfers to and from Izmir airport for us and was so helpful with prompt emails after our flight times got changed 5 times! Hasan also drove us around to all the sights for a private day trip and was really patient waiting at each sight, never rushed us, showed us to a great restaurant explained all the different dishes, and was a real delight to spend time with. Oh and also the Hotel has AMAZING .

The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the harbor . The promise of access to a swimming pool was an added plus that some hotels in this price bracket just don't accommodate. The hotel was well displayed and it only took a question to a nearby shopowner to direct us in the right direction ,but the views far outdid this small inconvenience. The best secret in Kusadasi! I have traveled to many countries and stayed in 5 star hotels, but none had the view Stella offers. Breathtakingly beautiful view of Kusadasi and the Mediterranean sea. Family-owned hotel, very basic facilities but huge, comfortable rooms, bathrooms and enormous sea-facing balconies. Hasan, the owner's son and manager is superb and extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. I really felt at home and relaxed. Exelent location with 100 meters to embarkment but very calm tourist street, sea view towards small tourist sea port, good swimming pool. Although located on a hill slope there is private elevator right to embarkment. Lot of restaurants and shops and entertainment. Free car parking with no advanced reservation. Good central position. Not that very easy to find hotel entrance and car parking although the hotel could be seen from embarkment easy. Ask instructions from receptionists. Simple things that could easily be rectified;wobbly toilet! broken loo seat, bed throws too small, no bedside lights. The pedestrian entrance unfortunately in a back lane. the parking for the car, is difficult to get in there, streets smalll and space in the park small. Reaching the hotel by car is not easy if you don't know the way: better signs in the main street could help, or additional information from the hotel. You should pass through a narrow and crowded road. Nothing!. Nothing. Bad internet coverage in the rooms. difficult to find the entrance. not enough towels in the bathroom. nothing. Cold pool, bathroom needs repair. Breakfeast so-so. Room was a bit cold when arrived, it was December, but soon warmed up with the aircon. nothing.
