My room was clean and comfortable. I checked into my room very late at night. I was pleased that there was someone on duty when I arrived. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to leave my bag while I visited Taksim Square. If you arrive by plane at Sahiba Gökçen Airport take the Havataş bus to Taksim and it's a short walk to the hotel. great location. can be reached easily from airport by taking the havatas to taxim. Just 5 min walk from taxim square. Value for money. Spacious and comfortable. Safe and secure. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi. i loved it. I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and family visiting istanbul.

The staff is really helpful as well (though not all of them are fluent in English) and the hotel is less than two minutes, on foot, from Taksim Square. from the moment you arrived the staff is amazing until the moment you leave , the room is large clean and comfortable , the location is perfect , thank all. I sent an e-mail twice the day before check-in and nobody replied. What is more, although I had booked a ground floor appartment when we arrived there we were given a dark basement. The room was not exactly like the images but comfortable after all. We felt that it was not very clean, the sofa and the walls were stained all over. finally,we could not connect to the internet. Some of receptionists didn't speak almost any english word. We need to ask twice for having our room clean after 3 days stay. The room had a weird smell.
