What people say

The suite was larger than we expected. The air-conditioning in the main room was effective. The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. The initial welcome was positive. Free Wi-Fi. The entrance area smelt of the toilets in the basement. The hot-plate in our kitchen had a knob missing; the washing machine's controls were almost impossible to turn; there were no pots/pans and no cereal bowls. There was no microwave. The knobs on the wardrobe doors were missing making them difficult to open. The breakfasts were the same each morning, the coffee was cheap instant and the staff miserable. We had to re-log in to the Wi-Fi several times each day - tedious.
