Reception staff. The hotel was quite, clean and moreless confortable enaugh, free wifi was available. location was ok and also the staff was friendly and did their best. Poor breakfast, elevators. nobody really speaks english or any other language than turkish and we have had communication problems, the rooms hould be cleaner, the breakfast was lower than average (coffee and tea was awfull).
