Really good price for its location, the personal was absolutely wonderful and treated us as friends from the very beginning. all reviews » The hotel was just perfect, as I was traveling on business and my appointments were in Levent, which is just accross the street. There was and parking available for the car, which was a big advantage in this area. The staff is very helpful and especially Hasan, who speeks my own language and was very easy to communicate. The rooms were spacious and clean. No cmplaints at all. The personnel were just so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and super clean. The towel were brand new and excellent quality. The furniture in the hotel is genuine and comfortable. The price is very fair. The breakfast was varied, and healthy, although the everyday soups were too salty for my taste. Imdid not how to tell that to the cook in Turkish. Great overall service, staff were very friendly and went out their way to cater your needs quickly and efficiently. It was very disappointing to see how comparatively small our room is. The location is very close to business life and Levent metro station but the old buildings next to the hotel doesn't look very appealing. Some people may not like the immediate location, no problem for me. I did not like the surroundings. WiFi Signal is not good in the room. Room was small. Location was far away from main attractions of Istanbul. There was no guidance due to language hotel staff could not guide us how to travel by bus or metro. This needs to be improved.
