Good stuff (they can speak english and russian), clean, quiet, lots of bath amenities, towels change - every day. They made a present for my birthday (I wasn't expecting this). The location is really good for sightseeing. We received fantastic service and were made to feel like special guests. We returned to Istanbul a few days earlier than expected and rebooked at Momento's! Close to lots of sightseeing and shopping.
all reviews » From the moment i waiked in the hotel my room was prepared there was no waiting time at the reception the staff is kind polite welcoming and proactive thank you. The rooms clean and the beds very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant served lovely, value for money meals . Nice hotel, secure, clean, very nice staff. The location of the hotel is perfect for guests. Close to Grand Bazaar and the city center. The whole experience. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Good Services. great hotel great location and the general manager (Ms Arezo) was fantastic make us feel at home and a great customer service thank you all the stuff and especially Ms Arezo location was great walking distance almost every where breakfast was great well i like every thing about it and will visit again with the whole family love it . The staff are very helpful .. The location is near the old city & attractions.. Their breakfast was nice .. Rooms were clean but small !. Breakfast is standart. Could be more varied. There was a huge road reconstruction nearby. No good view. Hard to find (taxi drivers don't know the location). Nothing t. If you are planning on staying for a longer period of time, some of the rooms are a bit small, but perfect if only a couple of days. They are offering good items on breakfast but I recommend if they can offer different plates Specially when you are staying in the hotel several days. Breakfast. Same breakfast everyday. little bit of noise middle of night from kids who came from Italy to visit. Although it is near the old city but it is in a bad side street .. If u came to the hotel late u will feel scared .. Rooms are too small ! & they don't have iron ! They have dry clean with 5 starts price per t-shirt ! & u have to bring your things early morning & it will take hours to come back !!! The view from the rooms are bad ! U can see only few old buildings :(.
