My room was upgraded.. I was offered an extension of check out time, as my flight was in late afternoon. Location was also good, i saw a few small restaurants near by, although i did not try any. Not too far from CBD..
all reviews » Swimming pool and the wellness are included in the room price. And both are clean, well equipped, etc.. The breakfast was better than in other hotels of comparable standarts. Nice view of mosque. Overall good value for money. Staff were really helpful. I needed to get to meds late at night and the boys arranged everything from calling the pharmacy to getting the same of the med to arranging the taxi. The hotel looks new, rooms are clean and comfortable and 4 star quality. The hotel is mostly quite and staff are helpful. Bathroom is good also. On good location with easy access to all kind of restaurants even on the late night. clean & comfort. Nice staff. I am paying for a hotel with AC so I should be the one to deciede to turn it on or off not them!. a little far from metro (Aksaray station). No swimming pool & Suna while it is on the hotel page. We had bad luck with the exceptionally cold weather in October for Istanbul. By day, the 10-14 C, even 8 degrees. C in the morning. The pool renovation was not complete by the time of our holiday. We stayed in a room for three adults. It was too small, we could only walk around the beds, there was not a place to rest seated, for example. There was not any tea/coffee maker facilities. Bad aircondition at room, available room's breakfast with extra charge, garage with charge, a bit expensive. Swimming pool not ready yet!. Traffic noise. Pool and sina hasnt good servis. noise from the main avenue and between rooms !. Service needs to be improved. Breakfast was ordinary, no live cooking. staff was good and helpful but lacked basics like room service, room key was old fashioned. etc. -Breakfast was too basic for a 4 star. -Breakfast hall is underground. Idiotic idea when your hotel is in such a location. -Noisy thin walls. -Staff does the bare minimum with no initiative to smile, be nice or helpful. -House keeping and room service are very selective with what they restock to our room each day we stayed. there is no good place for bar. Very bad parking through a pedestrian street and you have to wait until 6 p.m. just to put the car in! Unacceptable!.
