We are stopped in the Atrium hotel with my boyfriend and my father! arrived on business and to look at the city for a week! numbers in hotel absolutely new, all furniture new, wonderful double bad.in the number have all what u need; iron, washing machine, teapot, all kitchen devices, microwave...! for the father personal prepared sofa, there wasn't just 1 towel and they bring this to us for 1 minute. Many thanks of beautiful woman Russlana!She very helpedfor us, she speak on Russian language an.
all reviews » The best hotel/appartement, atrium hotel its one of the main reason we enjoyed our stay in istumbul as family, coming from London it was late checking, we found the general manager and his assistant waiting for us, very warm welcome, top customer service, the suite excellent, with all facilities,very clean,comfort, service top from the manager Mr serhat and his.assistant Mr samit to all staff fantastic, we looking forward to come back to istumbul to the same hotel, atrium suite 10/10 that score. I like how they use a small area to fit 5 grown ups comfortably and the furnitures is perfect and there is all kinds of white goods and electronic devices and the location is great maximum 10 minutes walking to taksim square and from the other side 5 minutes to osmanbay and all these areas are so loud but this hotel amazingly so quite and the price according to all these features is a great value for your money I like the place so much and I recommended it to everybody. Distance from Atrium Suits to Taksim Square is 10-15 minute by walking, room is clean, there are mini refrigerator, kettle, mini oven, kitchen euipments, LCD television, air conditioner.Also furniture is new. Personels are very kindly and helpful. You can find easily market and restaurant around Atrium Suits. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed and even allowed us a late check-out since we had two small children and our flight wasn't until later in the evening. Nice place. Decent location if you are wanting to be near Taksim Square. The suites are new, very clean, very friendly staff except for english comunication but this was solved at the end of the stay a new english speaking lady joined the property and is extremely nice and friendly. The manager at end of stay provided us with free luxary transfer to airport. At first - competent persons on reception, clean rooms. At second - this hotel/hostel placed near Istanbul Congress Center. At third - near to Taksim Place and metro station. Fourth - airport transfer in adequate cost. Fiveth - in December in Istanbul was snow but it was warm in room. I was in Istanbul for congress for a short time in atrium. Very good condition apartments. Breakfast cheap only 5 €. I met some turkish guest at the breakfast. They were not happy about the prices. Everybody know the 5stars hotel prices. Also Im thankfull for the turkisch coffee. The staff were so friendly and caring. They made you feel so welcome and at home. They even made us some homemade Turkish food which was so delicious! The apartment was amazing, clean, spacious and in excellent condition. Good location also to Taksim square area. I like the hospitality and the food for breakfast (hope it always the halal one). The room is big enough for two and it is very near to the convention center but slight far from the tram (metro area). But it is good to exercise. Make sure u have good shoes. I was in Istanbul for one day. I was book a standard room in atrium. But the manager done upgrade my room. And I stayed one bedroom apartment. That was capital! And I want to add; location and very helpful staff..Everything was perfect. I was in istanbul for a conference and the convenience of being a five minute walk (through the snow at that time) from the conference center was great. Good value for money - Apartments are small but functional - Clean with house cleaning every other day - Fan only, didn't need AC during Winter - Shower was very good - Kitchenette is minimal but sufficient. The place is fitted to 5 people but the closet is a bit small and the windows have no good view and there is no safe in the room for passports and money and because its a toursim apartment more than hotel so all the employees leave at 6 pm and no help after that. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Blind window curtains not available. Manager promissed to look into this issue. Location is not exactly as described by booking com. They cancelled breakfast service, but if you'll come to the congree it's not a problem. Nothing except the ventilation on our room is not that good. The toilet has some kind of smell since the first day. otherwise, everything is fantastic. Nothing. Houskeping was every other day .and ones they forget to clean my room for 3 days . The price without including breakfast but room have nice kitchen can easily cook by yourself!. Nothing really. All was perfect. location is not good, no breakfast. No breakfast possibility/room service. Thins walls - noise travelled. Bad plumbing and ventilation - Bathroom stinks and ventilation fan lets smell of smoke in the room - The apartment D5 is supposed to be on "-2" floor, but there is one more (-3) flight of stairs to walk down to get to the apartment - about a kilometer walk from Taksim square - Staff is indifferent and not the most friendly. There is no real hotel reception, before 8am and after 8pm there is nobody present, but there are some telephone numbers you can call. Pictures and description of the room were not clear, because our bed appeared to be a folding-bed! We booked a room including breakfast, but on arrival they said that they cancelled breakfast service. Too bad, but ofcourse we got a refund and there are some places in the neighborhood to eat. Although the location is good to Taksim square, convention center, the street where it's located can be a little desert at night. Night staffing available afterhours. They don't clean the room regularly. When I asked them to clean, they answered that they provide this facility every three days, however they cleaned it the fifth day after my complains. Small room (I got the room on the -2 fl.) Staff cant speak English but only one manager. This is really a long-stay apartment complex. The room we were put in, had a bedroom window that opened to the communal kitchen/dining area (I mean if we had the window open, we could probably cook on the stove just by stretching our hands out). taxi drivers can't find hotel because it is hided in a very narrow street, no cleaning rooms service. only one air condition. No Air conditioner in the room. Very poor quality Breakfast Location very Bad. Local Taxi Driver could not Locate the Hotel.
