Ada hotel is very accommodating and comfortable. Best value ever~ Stayed 6 nights and found it always clean, with really comfy bedding and linens. Wifi signal is strong, free international call as a plus. The breakfast buffet is a wow at a very nice roof top terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. We stayed in the Sea View room with a Jacuzzi next to the window which is perfect after a day's walk. Location is perfect for walking around the historical district. all reviews » This is a fantastic hotel if you want to stay in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. The hotel is a few minutes walk to all the sights and in a quiet street. The staff are all excellent and very kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the view on the terrace is great. The rooms are comfortable and the cleaning staff are meticulous! Ask for a room with a water view if you can!. The hotel keeper could not have been lovelier or more helpful, waking up at 3:30 am to make sure our airport car arrived and sending us off with fruit and muffins for breakfast for our flight. The cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in, big and sunny with hardwood floors and a great gorgeous bathroom. Value was fantastic for the price. Everything was in top-notch shape. The location was perfect, the Blue Mosque was literally just up a hill from it. It was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and the room was so comfortable too. But the best part was the friendliness of the staff. They were so helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was great too and there was a good selection on offer. Great location, 5-10 minutes easy walking to most attractions - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern. Our room had a small kitchenette attached, but with the more than substantial breakfast provided and availability of cheap meals most everywhere, it was a little redundant. Very close to sultanahmet and old district but hidden around a corner away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Our only gripe was the power was activated by the room key, so when we left the ac would turn off and take a bit of time to cool the room down again when we returned. This is probably only an issue in the peak of summer. Won't stop me from going back though!. Slightly noisy air con which we had to run overnight due to the high humidity. I think the hotel is rather expensive. Difficult to set safe as it was in a very dark area - but the owner sorted it out for us as soon as we asked. As with all hotels in this part of Istanbul, call to prayer very loud during the night!. Nothing. Can't think of any.. Bad sound insulation,small variety in european breakfast,intense smell in breakfast room from kitchen. Everything was perfect. Lobby was cluttered and incommodious. Very offput when I first got there - but the room was lovely and the stay most pleasant.
