The staff were extremely helpful in every way. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, warm and very inviting. The leisure facilities were excellent and the spa was wonderful and relaxing. Food and drinks were perfect with plenty of choice for hot or cold selection. -The room had a fantastic view, and it was very clean. -Very friendly staff. -The food was tasty and varied from day to day. -Games room had table tennis and pool. -Location was perfect, very close to Gümbet.

The staff is smiling all the time. They never say no andthey are very hospitable. Cleannes and proper service. A perfect view and location. Friendly and helpful staff. The ocean views were great. The food was a bit limited but we were there for just 2 nights so it was fine for us. The drinks were good and as expected from an all inclusive deal. The loud music around the pool was quite unnecessary. Many people had ear plus in their ears and the staff in the pool area just seemed to be playing their own choice of music with no regard for the hotel guest's. Seems to be a common problem with hotel. Hotel is very clean, nice views and spacious, good quality room with modern bathroom. Good terrace for sun bathing near pool. The most beautiful thing in this hotel views of the city and the sea. all inclusive was very good. Location is great, if you want to be a little out of the main Gumbet noise and crowds. Not a 5 star hotel but a good 3 star hotel with many facilities and ok food. big room, breafast acceptable,staff sufficient good. Really enjoyed our stay and the views were fantastic! Would stay here again. I am struggling to find anything negative to say. Maybe for some a bus ride into town centre may be a negative. We enjoyed the walk along the beach front into town. leaking small shower with broken door , builders noise, internet cafe not open , and weak signal for wi fi. would have liked kittle in room for mornings that was my only fault. We arrived a few days before start of season hotel was like a building site with banging of tools etc went on from 8 in the morning until gone 9 at night. Result of this unable to stay in hotel surrounding. No pools available either. No escape from patio pool area which on season would be a nightmare if you wanted a rest from sun and other guests as this would bece very crowded. NOT IN FROND OF THE BEACH.IT TAKES 10 MINUTES TO GO TO THE BEACH BY WALKING.MOST OF THE PERSONEL DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Very noisy pool area. Impossible to read or hear anyone speaking to you as the heavy loud music was akin to spending the night at 'Ministry of Sound'. Food hygiene was very poor. No covers were used in the buffet and food at the poolside BBQ lunch was being handled poorly with dirty gloves. This was down to lack of training. The restaurant serves poor quality food (angel delight type dessert and basic salads) and food is very repetitive with limited hot options (max. 5 including chips and rice). When asking the reception staff for a sun bed -another guest had one, i.e. early season - they suggested to me that she had brought her own from Sweden! This was in an attempt to not find me one and summed up their lazy attitude. Does not deserve 5 stars.Rooms 3 star hotel.Room service is very bad slow. Wifi was poor constantly, sometimes non-existant. Meals finished 10min before they were due to finish with staff clearing buffets amongst guests still serving themselves. Cleaning is really bad since they dropped glass and left big pieces even in our suitcase. View for most hotel rooms is ok but not more. window looking out into the hallway only,its not good. Booked and paid for a room "with a view" and got a room that stared at a white wall! Very disappointed and when I requested a room with a view they told me that there were none I felt that the hotel then should of charged me for the cheaper room with no view. I upgrade at letsbookhotel.com for a view and got a wall view. building work ..noise all week..hot tub not working..no a la carte open..limited food choice...shuttle bus hopeless...no entertainment all week all entertainment manager dodo was doing was chasing single women . Food not up to standard and I do not know how they qualified for a 5 star rating - 3 star more likely. Would not go there again. first night we had to stay in 3 stars hotel because our rooms air condition wasn't working.Hotel information on letsbookhotel.com web site wasn't same in reality. The hotel made pay full money even though we didn't stay in the rooms I paid for the whole period. Location was slightly far from gumbet in terms of walking- easily a 20min walk to the main strip. Dolmus was very cheap though and only 3lira so that was. A good alternative.
