This is a small hotel away from the 'full British breakfast' brigade, run by locals, in a residential area, but only 10 mins walk to town. We watched owls at night and woke to the chickens and ducks opposite.This was right at the start of the season though, so possibly could be noisier later on. Breakfast (Turkish style) set us up for the whole day, and was served in the bar area at a time of our choice. The apartment was small but comfortable, and gave good space for two. Good pool, and a smal.
all reviews » The owner was very kind and helpful. We arrived early in the morning after our flight and he was there to greet us! The location is not too far from town - walking distance to the river and Migros supermarket is just a few blocks away. The apartments are in a nice quiet spot. We had a great stay, and really close to beautiful Dalyan, The staff were great, and breakfast lovely. Had a amazing view of the mountains and sunset balcony in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here, you won't be dissapointed. Very friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble for the owners. Have stayed in quite a few budget hotels and apartments and this is by far the best value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay again!. The staff is super nice. Every second day the apartment cleaned it up and changed the sheets and towels. We felt like at home. Thank you! Expect us back in 2014. We liked the area because we have been to Dayan many times. It was lovely to have friendly staff who did not bother you but were there if you needed anything. The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The apartments are spacius and clean. We enjoyed the Turkish breakfast having outside. Friendly host. Good size appartment. Breakfast 'till 11 o'clock (not buffet). Wifi reception was very good in the apartment. Everything! Cozy flat, great breakfast with good bread an jams! Cozy neighborhood, nice owner and super price! Go for it!. They staff were friendly and willing to more than help. All areas clean and tidy and easy acess to all areas of Dalyan. I stayed with my fam and we really enjoyed it. Also Hotel Management was very Good and ofc stuff are soo friendly. Cheap price. You get what you pay for, and since we didn't pay much, we cant really complain. The room and hotel were very clean. The fridge was almost new and spotless. The shower puddled water all over the bathroom floor and did not dry out all day. Could be solved by moving the shower curtain over a bit, or supplying a mop to sweep it back into the shower. A kettle would be useful, only a Turkish double teapot is provided which took ages on the little electric worktop cooker. Maintenance didn't seem a top priority, paintwork was sloppy and the electric sockets were a bit wobbly - safety issue? As usual in many places in Turkey, no top sheet on the bed. The rooms were cold at night (though this was in late October) and there weren't many extra blankets in the hotel. There wasn't much of a shower cabin - just a curtain between the shower head and the rest of the bathroom - so the floor was wet afterwards. Apartment is a little bit hard to find but there are signs from the main street (Ataturk Blv) with arrows and the hotel phone number. Everything was great!. We liked everything about it. The tiles around the swimming pool are broken. Interior is a bit dated, but for the price it's okay and it is clean. No cons, but a cozy, great price/quality ratio accommodation, if anyway I have to find a negative aspect is the location, not so easy to find, but feasible even if you don't have a GPS. I do recommend to have a look a it before leaving on the road. No negative feelings about yakut. The room was shabby and we probably had the worst room in the building, it was on the ground floor overlooking the dog kennels. We had regular visits from cats on the terrace. Maybe a first floor room would have been better, but our was the only remaining room. The plumbing was very noisy and the shower tap was almost seized up. What few kitchen utensils there we had were mismatched and cheap. No kettle. The two ring cooker had its knobs missing.
