  I liked most the very helpful manager of the hotel. Not only that he was nice, friendly and helpful in the hotel but also used some of his time to take us to town to help us arrange for a fishing trip, all that without asking for any money. I also liked the breakfast being served at any time in the suite without extra charges. The manager said " y... what people say » ou can have your breakfast anywhere in the hotel at any time you chose, including at night!" The food quality was very good. - It is not that difficult to come around a good hotel but a great one is always difficult to be found. Full time service, real manners, and basically working solely for you comfort. Gladly would recommend anyone to stay here, in this great comfort hotel.

  Hotel and staff is nice. The rooms are small but with aircon and a small fridge. For a night or 2, it is very good. Also located at 5mn walking distance from the main street with restaurants.   The location is fabulous on the hillside and overlooking the city. It's a very easy 5 minute walk down the cobble stone road to all you need. The staff do their best to help you, although very few visitors to Ayvalik come from outside Turkey.   As an older couple we really loved staying in this pension. To get to our room you had to go through the historic house and the lovely courtyard which seemed strange when we arrived but actually wasn't a problem. Our room was very clean and comfortable with separate bathroom and air conditioning. The lady who runs the pension was delightful, welco... what people say » ming and spoke very good English.   The room was perfectly and carefully cleaned, very comfortable and new. Especially the bathroom reminds, as of a 4star hotel's bath. The upper rooms have big balconies with view of sea.
