The staff were very friendly and helpful. The double room we booked was extremely spacious, as was the bathroom (room 206). Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was regularly topped up, good selection of cheeses/olives/tomato/cucumber/breads/eggs/cereals/cold meat/butter/jam. Enough variety to choose one thing a day if staying for a while as not to get bored! Located on the marina with a beautiful sea view from the breakfast room but downhill so very difficult to climb up/down for buses and tr.
all reviews » What a wonderful stay we had at this lovely hotel - it had it all. Large comfortable very clean room, very good breakfast and, best of all, location being only a few steps to the small but impressive harbour and lots of shops and restaurants. Situated in the old city it is perfect for all the amazing sights and is only a short walk to the main town centre. We would like to thank Arzu on reception for all her help with her suggestions on places to go and with booking and reserving our bus tick. Great ambiance. If you get bored the all included-very touristic and plastic Antalya hotels, Tutav Adalya is the alternative. It is really well-decorated, has a great concept, in the middle of the historical district of Antalya. I have travelled a lot to Antalya and stayed in different city hotels, and none of them satisfied me like this hotel. The staff is really great, very hospital and respectful. With the service you get, you can feel easily that it is a well-managed hotel. Every time you n. 1.Breakfast is amazing!! Thank you a. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and extremely nice and polite. We arrived at the hotel one day earlier and they accommodated us without any problems. The front officer Adnan was extremely friendly with us, showing us arround and helping each time (he even searched on Internet for us about the road taxes). Breakfast was served every morning with staff that would always smile and care for your needs. We met Elsin Erilcsson who was sociable, friendly and attentive. Hotel locates in Antalya old town, you have to walk down stairs if you take bus from Bus station when your getting off at clock tower around. Hotel is very close to Harbor and you can enjoy best view of the coast and harbor just by walking in 1 minute. You can book 1 day tour of acient sites around Antalya through receiption with reasonable price, and taxi service from hotel to central bus station just cost 25TL including tips. We arrived at night and had some troubles to get there with our rental car due to one way Streets, someone from the hotel came with me, to drive me through Antalya and find the right street to the parking of the hotel. Adalya Hotel is within the boundary of the Old Town and so it is within easy walking distance of lots of interesting features. Access to the rest of Antalya is never too far too far either - tram, bus, taxi, or by foot. It is an interesting building, well maintained. The Internet did not work most of the time on our iphones/ipad. We were told this problem was due to apple software unable to connect, but I'm not so sure as it did connect some of the time. The hotel is situated downhill from the main roads (tram/shopping etc) - excellent location wise but very steep and a tough climb up especially in the heat!. Nothing at all - all perfect. wi-fi connection was quite weak in the room (especially in the evening), you need to go out and get it connected. nothing ...all good. Breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have more variety. The breakfast is good compare with other pensions in Antalya i believe but we have bad experience here because we accidentaly found some glass fragments in our brownie desert. We warned the waiter because we don't want anyone else to be hurt due to this, but no further explaination and appologies from their kitchen staff. Food is very sensitive, this aspect is not satisfying us during our stay. Our douche was leaking and one morning we run out of warm water. But at the evening the problem was already solved. It is not about hotel, but the guys-bawlers who were yelling to come inside the shops and look for something to buy, and if you are not interested they would shout something unpleasant to you, that was annoying. The same could be said about the guys standing along the way to the beach offering a boat trip every time you pass by. But it has nothing to do with the hotel though. Just be prepared for this type of thing if you are staying in this area, near the harbor. No swimming pool. Room was clean but bathroom's ceiling was moldly. They cannot guarantee non smoking room like most of the Antalya's hotels. There was a cattle and fruit tea in the room but I cannot find coffee. A little noisy on the right hand side rooms at night. Breakfast needs some improvement. Menu was quiet limited. The sea view would be good if you could see it standing up! Please remove the curtains as they block the view of the sea and it's already very awkward to see unless you bend down. No balcony to stand on so felt closed in- but feel bad complaining about this as it's a 300 year old building and they certainly aren't gonna change that for me!. The first room we stayed in was a bit noisy, on the first floor facing the street, but they changed it for us for the second night and it was fine. Having to leave. My Room on the ground floor had gutter smell in the bathroom. When i requested, they moved me to the second floor. It was better. The hotel and staff were top notch. Nothing to dislike. The breakfast was a bit poor. The plates on the buffet were not filled immediately. We had to wait for bread and tea. Unfortunately, the cereals and one sort of the cheese were a bit old. I'm sure that this can be improved. After a shower the bath was regularly under water. Something must be fixed in the bathroom. I slipped on the wet floor. Replenishing breakfast buffet dishes and bathroom shampoo could improve - a minor criticism!. The Wifi signal is not so well and sometimes out of service. The sound insulation is just so-so. Couldn't stay longer. nothing. We had difficulty in finding the hotel by car. Our GPS took us via the old town roads and it was really a nightmare driving through the very very small cobblestone lanes. None. 没有。. Wi-fi a it quirky. Leaving!. Breakfast was good but not outstanding. As we visited the hotel off-season the restaurant only served breakfast, not dinner. Missed complementary coffee/tea in the room. (Water heater was available). Some mildew in the shower. I had to leave, but only because I was en route to my ultimate destination. Everything else was what I would expect for the price I paid. There was nothing not to like. Noisy from bars near the hotel late at night. I would have liked the in-room tea and water to be replenished. none.
