Food is very good to be an All Inclusive hotel in Alanya. Good choice for lunch and dinner, but maybe a little bad for breakfast. The hotel was very well designed.its easy to understand that management cares about the details very Much.staff was very polite and helpfull.i Thank all of them.(special thanks to Engin)i felt like i was at home.food,luxury of the hotel,cleaning was at the level of 5 star.
all reviews » I stayed in a lot hotel but Xperia Grand Bali is really perfect. First hotel is new and well designed, room is big enough and you can find whatever you need (even there is Ipod Dock) staff is helpful, food is delicious. Shortly hotel is more like 5 star. The staff is great and friendly. I booked this hotel spontaneously for my mom and her friend. Manager helped me to prepare very warm welcoming with card, flowers and some fruits. Would recommend it for a comfortable stay in Alanya. Absolutely loved my stay at Xperia. They acknowledge my friend birthday without being asked providing flowers and cakes to celebrate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. very good all-inclusive food (varied buffet 3 times a day), nice rooms, good location (very close to beach and 10-15min walk from disco street). I thought that it had great value for the price and I loved the location because it was centrally located near everything. We can mention that there is some listeners in between the rooms, you can hear the great voices from the next room. It will be delivered too little water in bottles. Beach is separate. Waves in July were very strong. N/a. daily cleaning not the best (didn't always vacuum clean), it said on paper in hotel room that beach chairs and food at beach was included but was not. no wash clothes and the bathroom is a little tight. Food is a bit boring. mostly stews every day.. but tastes nice though.. the Internet connection was terrible. The pool-area was a little bit too small. Bad food. Only local drinks are included to the price (the hotel is all inclusive). Hotel location is very close to the local apartments, but, it does not bother you a lot. Person in the reception needs to be more professional while they request something from the hotel customers.
