- the location is excellent there are many restaurants, shops nearby and it is in a business area for business travel - to visit the medina, beach areas,carthage and airport is very close by taxi (which is reasonable) - breakfast was good with a wide selection - lounge area offers space for having private business meetings - it is quiet - free ironing (not washing). Location; Good breakfast; spacious & well finished common areas; quietness; parking; small & limited but 24/24h available fitness room.

They booked taxi at 5 am which charged us 15 td as pre-ordering cost, while it was only 2 td to drive to the airport. Ridiculous that the hotel works with these taxi'S. The price is too high for Tunisian standards. The room smelt like uncleaned toilet, probably came from the air conditioning system. Hotel restaurant served "chicken soup" that didn't contain any chicken and that was not well heated. The room smelled a bit. just all felt tired. Wi-Fi intermittent. Staff generally not service oriented. Very poor facilities , room furniture is very bad,. The lack of room service after 11 pm. Lack of iron in hotel so we had an issue pressing our clothes in the evening. Also staff take commission on transportation arrangements they do. Air condition in the suite very bad i had two , one is central ac and a split unit both were not cooling. the mini bar very poor one bottle of water and two soft drink cans. about the TV channels no tv guide available basic Arabic channels are not available bathroom , water was leaking in the drainage the money that i paid was not matching the service at all. toilets not comfortable at all as not have water hose next to toilet seat. Actually I've paid more than the price I got from letsbookhotel.com this made me loosing the confident of dealing with letsbookhotel.com again this Hotel is too far of being 4 stars hotel it's 3 stars maximum. price & location. Receptionist didnt want to give me my money back upon checkout!!! No room service after 22:30 hrs in a 4 stars hotel???!!!!!! Breakfast was very baaaaaaaaaad.
