The hotel was in a great location only metres from the Medina where there are shops and restaurants, the beach is also only a short walk away and you walk right up to the marina. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and and helpful. The food was the best food I have had from a hotel in Tunisia and this is comparing to a 5*! The rooms were just right and the beds nice and comfy, also the bar prices were not too steep.

Great food selection and quality, was worried about getting bored of the food by the end of the week, but was surprised every evening. Relaxing and calm atmosphere. The staff was really polite and helpfull. The room was pretty with a nice bathroom and enough space. The cleaning personel also did a great job. The restaurant was always realy romantic by the evening and the food was upright. Vincci Flora was fairly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was very positive for us. The crew is friendly. I can recommend this hotel to other people. Nice boutique hotel. beautiful swimming pool; small hotel; calm (Adult only ) ; friendly staff. everything!. Clean and lovely traditionial design. Good value for money. Its quite small beautiful hotel, i would recommand it for couple searching for quite stay. - Easy to find - safe. I think anywhere you go in Tunisia- outside of the hotels you need to be prepared for the locals who are trying to get you to buy things from them or get you to their shops, you can be harassed 10 times within 10 minutes- as long as you are prepared for this then you will be fine. Also travelling in November, and April the weather is very unpredictable. Price of bottled water!. There were not enough power sockets at the room and also an extra blanket would have come in handy. Also was the inside swimming pool not warm enough. If they open a double-wing of the big garden gate would be good. Because I was forced to migrate our rental car. outdated TV sets in rooms; towels for swimming pool and beach not always available. The staff was not helpful poor breakfast. Room was not that clean, breakfast was poor and in noisy area. Pool was not heated. In the area there are little good restaurants, beach was dirty and almost all salesmen are annoying and pushy. The bed for couple was 2 small bed (not king bed), i had some problem in the toilet as well. - Checkin took too long - tv didn't work (in all 3 rooms) and nobody could fix it - towels n beds not clean - add. charges for everything (gym, towels, billard, etc) - no entertainment. The staff in the reception not so helpful. Reception staff one in particular unhelpful and violent.
