The friendly and caring staff we came into contact with, the well manicured grounds, the pool, the food and the wonderful entertainment and not forgetting the beach. We will certainly be returning. the food and drinks were excellent .hotel has a lot of potential. tfe front desk and restourant workers were mostly very pleasant and hard working. This was a very nice quiet hotel. Room was very modern and right on the beach. I traveled alone and the staff and all the locals were as nice as can be.

The rooms are very well appointed and they all seem to have a sea view. Great views and handy location for exploring the island. nice clean pool. very nice long beach. Location. The staff was good and very friendly and helpful, the hotel's location to the beach was great, the food was good. Two staff members encountered where good. Good wifi service. the beach was littered with trash. towels could be more plentiful. The pool closes at 6.30pm but I suppose there is good enough reason. pool closes at 6pm. the only problem i had was they did have vegetarian dish for people who didn't eat meat so my husband had to go out to eat. but it was ok. The television was not in line with the bed. A love seat chair should be added to the room furniture. No napkins or paper towels in room to clean up spills. The check-in time is 3.00PM. Staff at reception didn't answer calls and wi-fi often disappears. 'Semi-formal' dress code for dinner means that men should wear trousers and a collared shirt! C'mon we are on holiday!. this is an old hotel that should spend some money to modernize it. Hotel would benefit from an overhaul and update - bedrooms and social areas were dated and tired looking. Hotel pool was 'closed' until 9am in the morning so for those wishing an early morning swim were unable to use the facility. This is a very old hotel, the beds and linen badly needs replacing... the towels were thin and stained... there was a lot of black mould around the pool, at the pool bar and around the plant island in the pool, the pool was dirty and very disgusting. Many staff had a poor approach. Food was bland and poor selection. Accomadation was poor - Like Butlins. Very dated... Had to pay for drinking water in bedrooms even though on all inclusive.
