I like the fact that the staff ws quick to respond to our requests. When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely cold fruity drink. I liked that. Loved that the hotel was walking distance from down town Port of Spain & the savanna. Great Customer Service. The facility was a triple. There was a queen bed on the first floor where my husband and I slept and two twins in a loft area where my grown kids stayed. However there was no TV up there. I would recommend that there should be a 2nd tv in that loft area.
