The overall experience at Little Italy was fantastic. We have one room facing the sea and it was great with a belcony. The second room was at the back of the hotel (which is small so the back rooms are directly across the corridor from the sea frontage rooms this was perfectly adequate but was a bit dark with very small windows. We rented a car from the hotel and again this was a great service. The food in the hotel restaruant was in our opinion the best on the Island.

The owners & staff are exceptionally friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. The Continental Buffet breakfast is not to be missed. Good service, excellent breakfasts, packed breakfast for Sunday great, pizzas good, open for Sunday dinner when everywhere else is closed, Cottage Breeze restaurant next door is well worth a visit, the fact you can rent a car from the hotel, kayaks can be borrowed, good kayaking in lagoon at high tide. I have now stayed here three times and it feels like a home away from home. All the staff are so friendly. The extra little details made my most recent stay for my marriage more special. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and friendly service. I stayed at little Itally the for first time. I have heard about the service but yet to experienced. On my first day, my room got upgraded with no extra cost, overlooking a beatiful view. Staff are excellent and allways willing to help. Great pizza!. *The meals were excellent, the ambiance in the dining area was faultless and the rooms were very comfortable. *Having wifi access was very useful indeed and as I traveled longer in Tonga I got to appreciate it even more. The stairs. nothing. the tiles are very slippery when wet. Swimming pool a tad small. lack of tourist information. air conditoner not working well. Rooms very small, appeared much larger on internet pictures. Very limited dinner menu.
