Very friendly and helpful staff; pick-up service from the airport in a comfortable car with a very nice driver (at a reasonable extra cost); nice and clean room; best breakfast we had in Thailand (with REAL coffee! Usually, you are served instant coffe in hotels in Thailand), which was served at the uppermost floor with roof terrace; good location = close to the old centre of Phuket Town. Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

Nice place in phuket town, handy to transfer easily to rasada pier to get to phi phi island. Much better quality and service than another I stayed in. Friendly staff. Nice big room. Everything was great. - Big rooms. 1) Staff was friendly. 2) Minibar was free (but there was some water and cold drinks/ juices) 3) Taxi services in Phuket are kind of cartel. There is no metered taxi. Fares on Rate cards don't have any logic. Fare from and to airport is 600THB anywhere on island. Whereas if you want to go to nearby beach it can cost you more. Anyway we availed the service of travel desk to go to airport. It was nice, hassle free. I stayed there one night to be close to the ferry for Koh Phi Phi. The hotel was pretty and big for a budget hotel. We used the spa, which we loved. The rooms were big as well. Breakfast was included. - It's no expensive for what it offers. - Big size bed. - Many tourist journeys are available directly from the hotel. Breakfast. Clean and air conditioned room. Kind staff. There was nothing I didn't like. Breakfast wasn’t great. Wifi really bad. About 5/10 mins walk to the main part of the old town which was ok but not a lot going on. My boyfriend also got food poisoning from the restaurant on site. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to the main shops/restaurants. Room windows facing the road, and noise from night bars and traffic are annoying when you keep windows open. When we check-in, they've already asked us to pay for the 2 nights we WILL stay, and when we book taxi, they also requested us to pay in advance. which are NOT normal. - the location is not great, well depending on what you are looking for. Hotel is situated in the town center, but the town itself is not interesting. - rooms overlooking road or parking place behind the hotel. We has some communication problems with the staff, I think they could try a bit harder to help you understand. Breakfast could be a little better but it is not a problem. Hotel does not have a proper restaurant after breakfast. We received room from the street side, however what was worse - every night there was a music and noise from restaurant. Unfortunately we were given a room underneath the restaurant, which started setting up for breakfast at 5am. Needless to say we were woken up very early!. Nothing. - Quite basic decor and bizarrely the cheaper rooms are better than the suites. 1) Hotel is though on the main road, area is around 10-15 mins walk from the central Phuket. Food options are very limited around hotel (only one in the hotel premises) 2) wifi was free but the signal was so weak that the phones/tablet could catch it only at the door. Fortunately we carry travel router with us that we could use from wired connection inside the room. 3) Interior of the room was average (some electrical connections need fixing). Phuket Town is definitely not for tourist. The bed was hard which I don't have a problem with but the pillow was super tall so it was hard to sleep. - It is located in Phuket City, so you have to go anywhere by taxi or tuc tuc. - There's no alcoholic drinks in the minibar (beer). - There were ants in the sugar at the breakfast place. - Wifi coverage is not very good. Nothing. Everything. The staff is not helpful, I sent a request through letsbookhotel.com but in 4 months they have not answered. Room old and smelling. Breakfast very poor.
