The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. My dealings with the staff were always good.The rooms were spacious, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was supplied and there was plenty of choice for everyone. I ate at the resturant there a coiuple of times, and the food was cheap and nice. Rooms well sound proofed well, but it was easy to hea.
all reviews » This hotel is brillant. Staff and lovely, rooms are clean, big and all you need I have stayed in delux hotels and this is nearly on parr. Breakfast is good but cold. Pool is small but enough and its very clean. Great location near all but yet very quite once inside. We are looking to go again in august we had such a great time. we stayed in the sudios they are lovely. Not expensive for anything really we went to other hotels for dinner and there prices where a lot higher. We are 60 years ol. Excellent location next to the beach at central Pattaya. We had a beach front deluxe room with a large balcony overlooking the beach and the colorful life on Beach Road. Elevator and stairs directly to the breakfast restaurant. Good breakfast buffet. Easy access to the pool (3rd floor). Very nice staff specially Reception Staff. Location was great walking distance to few major urban attractions of pattaya like Central Festival Mall, Ripley's Believe it or not Pattaya avenue for Watching movies. Some Halal restaurants are near by as well for Muslim travelers. I have stayed 8 nights in comfort and clean room with pool view. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel location is one of the advantages to be thought about where it is near to all big shopping malls like Central Festival and others just 5 minutes walk. Room was large with comfortable bed and well equipped. Swimming pool a little small but provided comfortable loungers for sunbathing and the sauna is a great bonus.Wonderful location opposite the beach and spectacular view from the dining area. Would stay again. Pattaya is a party place but as soon as you step inside the hotel it is a different atmosphere. Spacious, Calm and Clean. There are flies on the breakfast table and regularly noticed the sewage taker working nearby to the breakfast area - very annoying. Hotel should cover the sides of the breakfast area to get rid of these things. The hot water in the bath is out of use some times. Nothing. In general the food was very good, but breakfast was a bit poor. Not very much choice. Nothing bad to say at all. What I don't like the aria of breakfast restaurant so hot during May , it's batter to keep coolers around the aria . nothing I did not like. For Veggies, hotel should add some vegeterail menu for breakfast. Noise from people on the street. No indoor seating for meals. Must pay entire stay up front. Hot water cycles on and off. no heat under the bay marees. Loud environment and air conditioning, but that's Pattaya!. the bell boys will help you to book tours but will charge very high rates. N/A. Very very slow check in process. I was kept in the reception waiting for more than 30 minutes. Leavin. only need to improve breakfirst as no many choice for muslim, also some flyies around area because its open area. Staff is somewhat rude and inattentive...this can be improved by having the right attitude in service people. The maids were great, the restaurant was good, I am referring to the front desk operation only. No AC in gym. I liked everything the hotel could offer, no complaint whatsoever!. The smell inside the room is very strong. Full of mosquito even lifts rooms as well. They could not find my reservation on their computer after showing my mobile message then they able to find after 20 minutes. Long time waiting for room at check in staff was non serious with their job. They need to improve service. Nothing to say. nothing. Although the room was kept clean, after a couple of days mold started appearing on the head board of the bed and on the chair. I smelled mold but did not know where it was coming from until it started appearing. the shower had plenty of water. Nothing. Internet was quite slow at times. Not enough hot water available to fill the bath up. They have breakfast to 11 am but start clearing away at 10.30 and very little to eat from then on.
