We liked everything! Nuan met us with a smile, cold bottles of water and a plate of small, sweet bananas. The room was small, but perfectly accommodating - bed, cupboard, shower/toilet. The guesthouse is on a very quiet, tidy side street where the shop owners sweep and keep everything neat and clean. Nuan guided us to the travel agent right next door who was polite, efficient and got us the tours we wanted in no time for a good price. We enjoyed our island tour, parasailing and reef- walking im.
all reviews » liked the staff - were friendly informative and good-humoured - The room was clean. the location, just off a main street, was great for shopping and the beach/bar strip, and only about a15 to 20 minute walk to Walking Street, plus there was a cab stand just a minute away on the corner. A few steps from the front door was a good restaurant for breakfast and on the opposite corner an excellent restaurant for an evening nosh and there were loads of dining choices in all budget ranges in the area. This is a BUDGET guesthouse, if you have high expectations then you should change your search criteria! Reasonably clean, friendly welcoming staff, excellent location on a fairly quiet street (soi 9), CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Our room was fairly dark so it was no problem to recover after a fun night out. the owners are great friendly people, couldnt ask for better hosts, looked after very well, the terrace is a good spot for conversation while having a cold drink, internet is available, fridge and tv in every room, very clean guesthouse, i wud recommend this guesthouse to anyone. The owner Nuan is really friendly, could not do enough to make my comfortable and enjoyable,the premises is spotlessly clean. Highly recommended, having stayed in other premises in Pattaya. It was a very affordable place to stay which was next to everything.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom could use a bit of maintenance but nothing out of the ordinary for budget accommodation in Thailand. no dislikes. not anything I didnt like.It was exactly as described. Nothing. Fan rooms are small. I shifted to an A/C room to live comfortly. Its a little difficult to find the hotel. The stair to the 1st floor. some bad smell always. The rooms were not that large and no windows.. But then very cheap.. So do not expect much. Rooms on second floor are pretty noisy, because most people staying in the guesthouse pass it within all day. the fan room is too hot, can't sleep well. The room was too small. Any facilities less conform and for backpacker category, price room still expensive. The room was smell bad.
