The location is very good. The hotel is located in the center of Pattaya. It takes 1 minute by walk to get to the second road and Mike Shopping Mall, 5 minutes by walk to get to Grand Festival trade centre, 10 minutes by walk to get to pier Pattaya and famous walking street. The room is very nice and comfortable with control panel display near the bed (which was absent at previous 5 star hotel). Swimming pool is good and it has 2 saunas. Personal is polite. Breakfast is various and delicious. .

I rearranged dates due to business commitments and the revised dates for my visit increased the room costs by 18%. As I shared a room with a friend I asked for an extra bedsheet three times. They failed to provide it everytime so I just gave up. They cleaned the room a little to fast to be thoroughly. No problems. Nothing to complain about. Poor communication skills, but you could work around it. Keep away from bell boy they are alwyes busy to make money. Expensive for longer stays. Staff hardly speak english!. Resteraunt service very poor. There were moisture stains in toilet. Not Private balcony. Mediocre restaurant; very poor front-desk and concierge service. Reception made you feel like your a criminal trying to escape the mini bar despite the fact I corrected their mistake of forgetting to charge scan. Staff more interested in constantly playing on the internet than working. bell boy doesnt even stand up when guests come in. Shower water cold most of the time. Vey noisy A/C unit right outside room window. Very unfriendly front staff, attendant straight away offering brouchers of massage service even before the guest checked in. No proper answer from front office staff, always seems unpleasent, same with restaurent attendants. Business center computers are not working and no help offered. Old hotel. Dirty and rude staff.
