Absolutely outstanding in all aspects of luxuries rooms, beautiful and very functioning facilities, delicious food as well as fine and friendly service! We enjoyed the decorations of the suite and the very comfi bed!! Nice shower with good water pressure and easy to control water temperature. Very good selection of TV channels and exquisite rooms service menu with tasty food and swift delivery. The suite was very clean and the bed linen white and crisp! We also enjoyed the spa treatment and it .

We occupied a junior suite which is their smallest "room" with about 60spm for a price of regular room in any luxury hotel! Fantastic value for money and one of the best boutiques we ever stayed! The suite is fully equipped with all the luxuries including marble bathroom (big shower with good hot water pressure), a cozy and extremely comfortable bed with fresh crisp linen, LCD TV, nice balcony and even a fully fitted kitchen with . Super fantastic boutique hotel with best of everything! Wonderfully appointed rooms which are suites with cozy decor and perfect bed which provides are feet night of rest! Service outstanding and very very friendly! Excellent value for money if not the best value for money in Pattaya! Nice pool, breakfast and overall high quality in all aspects! While it is in a quiet area, it is difficult--especially when you first get there for taxi drivers to find it. I would suggest you print off the directions in Thai and have the phone number on standby. Otherwise it was ok. The housekeeping was usually late to make up room. The staff provided some pans in the kitchen, but no proper cooking utensils, and couldn't provide a sharper knife when we asked. The massage therapists in the spa were not very good, despite costing double of the massage parlors outside. The staff speaks poor English and sometimes could not understand us. There is nothing to dislike, except that the hotel is a bit dated and not brand new. However I must admit that it is rather well maintained. A bit far from city center, needed to tate taxi(150/200 bat) to go to the city or seaside. Our room smelt like cigarette smoke when we arrived. I wish the hotel management deal with this issue more seriously. I am a smoker but I never smoke in- door. The breakfast was okay but could have been better. The pool in the inner court is hidden a little bit from the sun. The location is not the best but still the beaches and walking street can be reached whithin about 15 minutes walk. Slow reaction on requests regarding small failures (internet not working, cleaning, small problem with the shower hanging device). Completely marginal kitchen facility: better to remove the kitchen area or spend 100 dollar to improve it. Swimming pool is little and made especially for design, spa is very expensive. You need to be careful when bills are presented for payment as sometimes they can miss calculate or try to double charge you. They switch off air conditioning at the hotel lobby overnight for power saving reasons (which is not acceptable for 4* hotel) which makes the lobby area hot and humid for a guest waiting in the lobby area. its little far from beach.. Little away from beach, the front desk staff could not help to activate international sim for calling ,neither help us to activate viber ,otherwise very good. Hard to find Halal Food there. The lady at the reception is not very friendly. The SPA could be improved in terms of staff percentage and size. Hot water was never there. nothing. None. The location. The room had not make clean next day. Everything was awesome. Nothing. one of reception is not so hospitality ,and swiming pool is a little bit small. Bathroom was very moldy -. 1.It was mentioned in letsbookhotel.com there is no deposite for the hotel, but the reception took $200 from us. 2. There was special offer regarding the lundry for every five pieces 250 baht only, but they charged us 500 baht for special ironing, which we did not ask for it at all. 3. No Hot tap water, so cold in the bathroom. 4. The reception stuff are not freindly. Location is a bit far from the beach. Reception staff not knowledgable and exceptionally slow. It takes them as much as 15 minutes to clear a guest.
