The location was great and definitely value for money for budget travellers like us. We also liked the food service at the restaurant below at the entrance. Location. Lots to do around the hotel. 18 coins Serve excellent food & is good value for money. Decent pubs within 2 minute walk & other food places. They have a great restaurant and good location. Calm and close to bars and 15 mins walk from the beach. Staff is friendly. The room is clean! Clean sheet but the towel is abit old. It has window and also balcony for smokers. location. Location. Location. TV. Nothing. nothing. Hot water provision should be made available in the toilets and a plug-in point for shaving would be ideal. No shampoo and shower gel, only soap. Если мыло закончилось, то пока не скажешь на ресепшене его не положат. Not a classy place but fair for the price. Noise from other customers (Russians) shouting down the halls early hours. Cleaning ladies walkie talkie radio to loud first thing in the morning , out side the rooms. The noise was the only problem and drove me mad. There was no tea/coffee kit in the room. And bath room wasn't complected with shower gel and shampoo, so we bought it ourselvs in the supermarket. small room(i think you're in vacation who care?),no shampoo and sometimes they don't clean well. Size of room. View from window (someone's room about a metre away). Being on 2nd floor food smell from kitchen all day. My request for a couple of extra pillows was ignored & staff not too friendly initially although did warm up the following day. No room service. AC was not very effective. Staff are rude. Refuse to helps and was talking in high notes as if yelling at you, if you cant accept this just give her the look and call her biatch lol. don't have shampoo and other utilities. Insects in room, problems with safe box. Hard bed, unfriendly staff, dirty small rooms, even ment to be a supremo room, much better places to stay for less money. Very bad hotel , we asked for a locker for 2 days . Still after asking more then 10 times , no respond. They asked for a key deposit still we gave a copy of our passport. The reception isun friendly, the beds dirty, the room sucks big time. For that price I can stay in a dormitory and sleep cheaper. hotel with vy bad attitude staff. The staff are rude. They don't smile. Maybe because we we're not western tourist. The staff are untidy. Not presentable to welcome the guest. If you are from asian countries dont evere stay in this hotel. I regret much. My 1 night stay is my worst hotel I ever been.
