The room size is excellent and well organized. The facilities are outstanding specially the swimming pools and related restaurants. Friendly and cooperative staff. In general, it one of the best hotels I have visited except one problem I faced “the Air-conditions are very low efficient and frequent failing. 3 pools, we stayed in mini suite sea view which was very big with separate tv area. the view from room was amaxing close to beach though the beach in pattaya is not clean, must visit coral island.we met few indian actors which made our stay more memorable.break fast is good.

Staff hospitality is good. Rooms are excellent and the sea view from the hotel is fantastic. Fantastic recent stay at the Royal Beach Terrace. The facilities are outstanding and the staff are courteous and welcoming. Everything about our stay was luxury from beginning to end.Would definitely recommend for anybody who wishes to stay here. Nothing. Quite far from town The hotel offers a bus to town but charges 100bath per person. If you are a couple that would make 200bath, a taxi takes you for 100 or Max 150bath! No master light switch near the bed, you need to switch off every light separate, and there are quite a few No raiser kit in the bathroom. The mattress and pillows were hard, but on request were changed to better ones immediately. My room got little musty but the hotel technician came to fix the AC fast and it did help a bit. The other room is fine and perfect. Not all dishes in Panorama restraunt were tasty, the translation of menu in Breeze in Russian was incorrect, so the dishes were another than we had expected. The carpets in lifts had awful smell from time to time. Cleaning of rooms was not good. Bath gel and shampoo had VERY unpleasant smell. If you are not having personal transportation it will be a little hustle for you for get around to the main shopping areas and activities areas as it will be costing you suggesting a free shuttle service from the hotel to pattaya beach or at least walking street that can be a big help to the guests. The beach in Pattaya is not so clean (but with the infinity pool, you don't care...). Nothing. Too big.have to stay for 2 or 3 days to enjoy. I was one of my group but I found my self staying in another building "diffirenty Hotel" belong to "Royal Cliff Hotel" because I selected diffirent room type. it hould have been explained that this room type is not in the same building. wi-fi is not free and expensive. Bit far from center. the location of the hotel is far away from the walking street and beach road. - Public transport availability to and from the hotel is limited. Even when available the prices are very high. I did not like the way they treat us regarding using wifi as the confirmation email which I received has mentioned wifi is one of the feature for this type of room which finaly they did not allow us to use wifi at our room. Nothing. distance from the city. Bed was very hard reception had it replaced with a very soft one within an hour. N / A. none. the staffs were not so good and they couldn't speak english so good and it was really awful. One thing...Saturday night buffet..fruit juice..had to pay extra. Internet service only for half an hour a day, which i didn't excepect from 5 star hotel, i stayed in 4 star hotels in Bangkok it was for free 24/7 and they provide free printing. the carpet on the hallway and the sofa in the bedroom are a bit smelly. Nothing. Nothing. Indian food is to improve. The strangest think ever that there is no food for arabic people or internaional people choice is very limited even qualty of food it is extremly bad food smile very bad I was ill all trip I did not enjoy becuse food please think and think deeply to change the chief and change minue otherwise it will not be my choice ????????????????????????. Nothing. Decor of room is tired and worn. Bathroom fixtures were a disgrace and having to use a the handheld shower hose to fill the bath in a hotel of this calibre is unacceptable. On arrival , no refreshing welcome drink - many cheaper hotels offer this especailly after travelling for 16 hours. When booking in i was being TOLD thing of what i can and cannot do , not felt welcome or valued, more rushed. The bell boy guys made me feel more welcome. The rooms had sockets loose, the finishing very poor. When chaging bed linen , not always fresh put on. Far away from downtown and Pattaya beach and the traffic concierge service is expensive and lousy which I won't visit next time. Room facilities are not as good as picture showed and little bit old. Staff doesn't know about their job, most of them are new for the hotel. ( staff at the lobby bar doesn't know the different of each type of the coffee they are selling -"- I gotta order whatever they have ) I found many yellow and red stains on the blanket which are covered with the small bed decoration sheet, after I inform hotel staff, they seems not to surprise at all and ask me if I want to change it... by the way, I still got the photo of that blanket. 'm really so surprised its completely different between photos and rooms had bad smell and room too old so I will be honest just TV was new !. insanely expensive internet, lack of employees, no working bar by the pool. Toilet - need more space.
