The appartment we got (which was described as a studio ) was very
spacious and clean. Very close to all atractions but in a quite street.
Only one thing, if you are coming with the airport bus from bkk you need
a taxi to reach the place and the drivers have difficulties finding the
address. You have to get out of the bus at the South Pattaya Rd , and
the appartments are just at the corner of the tukcom which is a shopping

1. you get a perfect single room with all facilities like in an apartment, so need not worry about anything
2. very close to the walking street and the beach road, so no worries of taking a bike taxi to goto places
3. there is a 7-11 close to the apartment, so no worries about supplies or drinks ..
4. vey calm and quiet neighbourhood and no noise from the parties happening around .. so can have a good sleep after the day out trips.
absolutely lovely place staff was great even they upgraded my one bedroom apartment to a lovely two bedroom apartment at no extra cost , right next to tuk com shopping and fairly central location , staff was so helpful and the apartments was lovely really new and fresh and clean best place ive stayed in ages.
i can check out late without any charge. Futher more, the room is more beatiful and bigger than my expect and the pictures. It seems that the hotel upgraded the family luxury room for me. The staff is not good at speaking English but they are very very nice, kind and frinedly! I surely comeback this hotel!.
Great modern lush rooms, kitchen was a tiny bit small but not a real problem for a single traveller. Great in every way, private entrance, only saw the staff booking in and booking out. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Pattaya.
Wonderful place to stay in Pattaya-makes you feel like in a real home, in a very attractive price. Within short walking distance from walking street and near a street with lots of local stores and good food. Highly recommended!.
Very large clean rooms. A home away from home. Many places to eat in the area. Close to the beach. It really was a pleasure staying at the Mosaik Apartments. Would diffinitely be my first choice when staying in Pattaya again.

like an apartment, the owners are Swiss and you can notice it because
the are very cared about all the details. I will back again for sure !.
Strategically located. A walking distance to The Walking Street. Room was clean and spacious (I got the old building, opposite the main office).

Very nice hotel with good location, but it's located in gay area
of Pattaya(so don't be surprised). There are many good
restaurant nearby.

Well it's hard to find anything to complain about, but if I did, I would say some softer mattress would be nice, but that's very trivial. Everything else was great.
Don't expect luxury, but for it's price you would get something which is more than satisfactory.

The stairs are a bit steep. So not suitable for physically unfit people with huge/heavy luggage (go find some other more expensive hotels if u were to complaint, hahaha..).
The bed was quite springy but this is a minor quibble for the money.

Safe deposit box operated with key tends to give you a bit of insecure feeling.
taxi drivers had trouble finding it as address given is not accurate.
It wasn't adequately staffed.. All three rooms given to us were on different floors, inspite of requesting while booking. The person present there was trying to be helpful, but couldn't help much.
Kitchenette didn't have any saucepans or utensils for cooking with.
