The hotel had excellent facilities were extremely clean and very luxurious! Only negative thing I could say is location. Couldn't walk to beach as got lost until you find your bearings and staying only 3 nights isn't long enough. As for resort itself would never return Thailand has such better places to visit. Most everything; the room, spacious and well furnished proved wonderfully comfortable. Good wifi connection (free), quiet, plenty of parking, pretty good breakfast too. I'd stay again.

I check in around 1:00 pm and the hotel reception request me to pay early check In 1000 bhat for each room otherwise I have to wait till 2:00 pm , this really not good when the hotel is almost free from gusts . And the way they ask me for this is too rude I stayed three nights and my room never clean it up at all. Swimming pool close too early Broken shower. the breakfast without cheese. bad treatment poor staff. location not so good asking for a taxi to bus terminal, priced it for 250 Bath .... which is extremly high for Teailand !!!!! finaly the taxi driver told he had to pay 100 Bath to hotel porter . Behaviour. the reception staff they are very bad no respect at all please investigate. Reception , lady clean. location. Staff has no behavior, very very bad staff non sense. Non speaking English, Untrained staff with bad attitude. Noisy and unclean & poor maintained rooms Bad food. I'll give it 1 only out of 5.
