Before I had started writing my opinion I decided to read comments of others and compare with what I have experienced in order to give you more credible picture. This is my one more opinion to write today after a long travel to Asia. But why not to write when everything was fine. I stayed in many hotels on my travel but this one was exceptional. This is a very nice hotel with extremely friendly host/owner. The entire staff is great, always cheerful and helpful if needed. The guys can speak Engl.
all reviews » It was far beyond my expectation. The staff were very friendly. The room was big, bright and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The was a small balcony in our bedroom. My friend and I could enjoy our food taken away from the evening market in the balcony, watching the people in the street. It was very nice. The staff came to clean the room every day. Their service was really superior.They also offered towel for the beach. Moreover, the location was fantastic! It took only 2-3 minutes wal. It was the very nice hotel~ The bed was extremely comfort and the air- conditioned was just nice. The location was perfect, even though it was a bit far from airport..It has largest shopping centre, night market with a lot of junk food, good bargain market and great nightlife, just so convenience within walking distance!! There's a lot of tour guide around the area, it very convenience if plan for the trip of island and snorkeling~~ I will definitely will book it while I go Phuket again for nex. The location is awesome. Close to all the major attractions in Patong beach. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and hands on with the staff in helping cleaning and reception when the other employees were busy. He even paid for one of our dinners to say thank you for our visit. The room was cleaned daily and cleaned very well with sheets towels and pillow cases changed every day. Was an absolute pleasure to stay at the hotel. The owner of the hotel is solo friendly maybe thats the reason why all staff are cheerful, helpful and friendly too. I love the location, excellent value for money and the service. We requested for rose petals on the bed since its our Aunts bday and the even made an effort of putting happy birthday on the bed using those flower petals. Our Auntie was so surprised and happy. We will definitely book again to U Sabai. Thumbs up! :). The staff, and the manager Jarek, were FANTASTIC! I had some special requests that Jarek attended to completely. Every request -- for information, transportation, advise, where to find stuff -- was greeted with eager and informed enthusiasm. And the food offered in the modest restaurant was exceptionally good. I had a wonderful time and will return, for sure. Super clean and presentable, in a great location. I had stayed there for a night previously but decided to leave to get cheaper accommodation. I returned a few days later because although it was more expensive it was better value for money and of a higher quality. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and I think U-Sabai is excellent value for money. Staff is great!! They actually speak English and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is very nice!! Hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from the main street, and 10 minutes from the beach!! The room was nice and clean, and the bed very confortable! Excellent quality for the price we paid! Definitly worth staying! Wifi was very good!!. We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel and our flight delayed 2.5 hour.The owner of the hotel was still waiting for us at the airport.The hotel is nice,clean,comfortable.There is an elevator,so you do not need to carry your luggage.The location is not too far from the beach and the shopping area.Thank you. The shower is not so nice!. As a solo traveller I stay in dorms to meet other backpackers, I stayed in the room with 2 sets of bunk beds for 3 nights and no one else stayed in there! I don't think they get many backpackers which would have been good to know before hand! However it was nice to be in good accommodation for a few nights as I was not a fan of Patong it meant I had somewhere to relax and have a few drinks away from all the sleazyness!. No parking area, need to park opposite to the hotel because the polices will take the motorbike if we park in front of the hotel :):). Nothing!!!. No separation in between the shower and toilet, but realized this is pretty common in Thailand. we missed the breakfast 2 times even we were in the restaurant befor going to our trips with about 45 to 50 min and we had to eat in 5 min becouse our trip bus arrived other 5 times were ok with breakfast but we didnt have early trips. Lots of mosquito!. Room service food was a little cold. No breakfast. Most tv channels in Thai but still alright.Otherwise, above average!. Patong. Restaurant needs to be improved. you can always expect a 'no' from the chef for most of the items you order. Can't really think of anything. No breakfast.... Nothing it was perfect. No buffet menu for breakfast, minimum selections available. The wifi signals were very weak in room which created some problem in surfing. Having said that, it did not mean that wifi s not working, just needs some improvement. the bed was really hard. Noise outside the bedroom window. Aircon was a little noisy sometimes. Shower made a bit of a mess when in use. Nothing. we arranged transport to the airport with the guy from the reception of the hotel, which was very overpriced and the driver fell asleep behind the weel (twice), schocking ride to the airport.... nothing worth mentioning, u wouldn't wanna be hungry though when ordering food in the restaurant, but it tastes lovely after a bit of a wait. Very noisy,even in room at back of hotel. room wasn't set up for booking which was for 3people. staff couldn't understand English very well at all. rooms not sound proof could hear people talking quite clearly in room across the hall. Don't have breakfast, but 7 eleven is just beside. The extra bed is a litle bit unconfortble. Front rooms on a very noisy road so dont get much rest. no eftpos. services of the staff.firstly, they say no 2 triple rooms in the same floor.WHEN I show the document to proof I have special request, Then , they arrange the rooms for us in the same floor. The location, further than I thought and worse not so many people familiar with this hotel so it's hard to find for the first time. Couldn't accept credit card for payment. Internet connection sometimes not working but not a Major problem. Nowhere to park your car and no swimming pool. nothing.
