The staff working there is great our taxi called them to ask the way and they were so kind to way by the street and welcome us. Room is big and very clean they clean everyday, bathroom is good. In the room you have everything you need, hot water coffee tea and fully filled minibar with reasonable price. Its only 5 min walking to the beach and 5 min to Bangla. I highly reccomend anyone wants to stay in the center of Patong.
all reviews » Cheap hotel with beautiful & luxury feels room, the location is superb, just minutes walk away into junkceylon shopping centre & of course an entertainment centre of bangla road, hotel entrance is a bit hidden, but restaurant & spa/massage places just steps away. Room was clean, big minibar and stocked. The location is good, close to shops and markets. Staff were helpful. Internet was the best I've had in a hotel for a long time! And free! I would recommend it to any budget travellers or flash packers. The hotel is very close to all attractions, beach, bangla street, mall and other resturants. The hotel was very clean, the air con was nice and cold, the rain shower feature had very good water pressure and on top of all, the hotel counter staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. For the price, the fridge in the room is the most well-stocked I have ever came across. The room is spacious and the king size bed is comfortable. location was perfect and staff were so friendly especially kassem. they helped us alot and they were all so friendly and understanding. Friendly staff. Never. No lift... Only staircase, definitely never booked rooms at 4th floor, coz it will tired you easily. No lift, but they carry your bags up and down for you. No breakfast, but there's a cafe behind that serves it starts around 9-10 I think. It was stinking of sewage round the side of the hotel but there is construction going on. Hotel is entrance is in a back street and has a construction site opposite. Not the most elegant hotel fronts but once your inside its quite relaxing. There was no lift and we were located on the top floor :( But the reception told me that they are in the process of a newer building will which accommodate an elevator. There is no elevator, so if your room is on the top-most floor, climbing up the stairs 5 floors is a work-out in itself. Not that convenient for children and the elderly but for us it is just a minor setback. Maybe a little bit noise from street, but if you are really tired of your daily emotions - you don't care and sleep like a baby)). No elevator. Folks Too old to climb stairs. It has no elevator, which was not a problem at all for us staying on the top floor. Maybe for others... Loud neighbours and patong is a bad place. No balcony. no left, small room and toilet. they turn off the wifi at 12 night to save money thats bad because you need talk to you country at this time when they shut off crazy. Can also start breakfast services. need to market it better . It's more like a guesthouse, small rooms, a really small window, no lift. No lift! we had to walked up the stair to 5th floor everyday. Not clean, need to ask to change bed sheet. Small room not like in the photos. Lots of ants. Evry thang.
