It was our 2nd visit to Phuket and The Bliss was the 3rd hotel we stayed at. I must compliment the way Apple, James and Teetie received and took care of us, they made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Their service was absolutely superb!!! Thank you for making us feel at home and for the lovely ice tea on our arrival and on check out.
The location is excellent, over the road from the beach, and at the southern end of Patong, quieter than in the central area. Most rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.all reviews »
We enjoyed our stay at The Bliss
Good service and staff always with the smile,greets you when we'r leaving,arriving . The view from our room was good,and quietness compare to the other side of the road.
Hotel is on far end of Patong beach, so the beach in not overcrowded. Very nice location, as everything is within walking distance. It is located on the beach right across the road from it.
Location is great with a fantastic view . The beach is very near to the hotel . It is also near to Bang La street .The staff is great .Generally I recommend it to the honeymooners.
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet many choices. I enjoyed the location on the beach front. The staff very friendly and helpful.the prompt active staff were always willing to help.

We felt that the water pressure and shower could be upgraded. The air conditioning in our room was very difficult to regulate - we couldn't get the auto setting to work so it was quite cold.

On site restaurant is always empty, no music on evenings there. Smell from street sewer well is always present in the restaurant.
Some ants were there.Rather old building.
I wasnt happy when I found that there were slippers left in the room what had been used but to be honest they were on the balcony but should still have been noticed. but apart from that it was good.
No Hot water in the shower,I think there was a fault,as there was in the
wash basin.

Missing wardrobe.
I was there for 10 days and ordered room service most nights not once
did the kitchen have cakes/deserts (your on holiday and want to
spoil yourself).

For the standard building both superior and deluxe rooms are too small... food is horrible ... building is too old needs some renovations.
Not four star (by a mile!). Our room described as 'Deluxe'...
Not so (by a mile) Grubby and grimy. No balcony! Selling point was the
free wi-fi ... Hardly available in the room, had to use the bar area.
You will get a much better hotel for the money...FACT!!! Charged
excessive rates for late stay 4 hours... Made to pay cash for the late
stay and took 2 days to get a receipt from the front desk. What four
star hotel on earth would refuse a credit card payment? Fishy! 4 star
prices ..not worthy.
A/C not working water is leeking at allthe room also they canot change the room or fix.
Poor wifi.
