Foyer and pool areas were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic! Liked that the mat in the elevator told me what day it was! Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for young couples or friends. If we were to bring our daughter next time, we would stay at a quieter location. Patong is very busy. thought it was fantastic location for day trips around,easy access to beach ,bangla road nightlife,nothing bad to say at all!,will stay again,my wife loved the huge shower,bathroom etc,we stayed in the premium deluxe room.
all reviews » The location was perfect. We could walk to everything but were far enough away from the nightlife to be lovely and peaceful. The surrounds were tropical and relaxing and the food was awesome. Exeland location,very good price,friendly stuff .I wish they have availability to stay longer. I recoment this hotel to travelers to phuket Regards Michalis Zouridis. The staff at the reception were efficient. The rooms were large with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was good. It's location was great. Friendly and helpful staff and the Location is spot on, Security on all entrances means you can rest and enjoy. The location is awesome as you can walk out the back entrance and you are on Bangla Rd. Fantastic staff everyone was attentive and any concerns were addressed promptly. Ideal location since its in the centre of major shopping spots and also very close to the beach. i like the hotel location , the rooms are big . the hotel is close to all the good restaurants and night life. I would have preferred an ocean view. But there were only rooms with twin beds on that side available. nothing to complain about at all!. The beds were too hard for me:(. Wi-fi in the rooms was not free. The beds were like sleeping on a rock far too hard. room changed 3 times. No wifi in rooms. Staff at reception did not understand or speak very good english hard to make your self understood with bookings etc. not gust friendly. lobby was renovated while we stayed there. It would be better to have fitness center. The cockroachs in our rooms. Not nice. The only complaint I had was the bed. I found the mattress to be like a board.We both ended up with soar hip bones when laying on our side. Replace the beds with nice soft mattress and we will be back. Old hotel that's a bit tired. My room had holes in the flooring and some of the lights were not working. The staff are ok, they do try but it doesn't hide the fact that the hotel has seen better days. Amenities were aged, pillows too hard, shower head too low. 2000 deposit. İ saw that they charged 200 for a small towel the family checked out before us. Hotel management is irritating, unkind. Employees are ok. Staff unhelpful. As per my booking 6 months back very specific about sea view room which was not been allotted and the front office staff doesn't have the patience nor have the courtesy to hear the coustomer nor his booking request just not to spoil my vacation I kept silent in my stay very disgusting. wifi fee is too much expensive. Front desk staff are not welcoming and not helpful at all. Room is small. When first booked, mentioned travel for honeymoon, but when arrived, there is nothing welcoming specially for honeymoon traveler. Breakfast is okay, but limited egg offered. Shower water is only warm not hot. Im really terrified with the female staffs at the reception.Very unfriendly and rude...Not helpful and customer orientated at all. staff english is very very bad !! Wifi is very expensive !!!. we came to our honeymoon and lucky we were just passing Phuket. the hotel is 10 min walking from the beach and 5 min walking to night life, the room we got was standard but it felt like a very chip inn..
