The hotel, the rooms, and facilities are gorgeous! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The best part is the pool, in which my friend and I spent most of our time. It's an infinity pool looking out over Patong bay from high on a hill and is simply stunning. There's a nice swim up bar, too. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was even a mosquito screen, which is a handy thing to have around in the rainy season where you might encounter the insects.

Mało Rosjan:) Przy rezerwacji należy prosić o pokój w budynku głównym pięciopiętrowym (loby, restauracja, basen), ponieważ hotel rozciąga się na wzgórzach w kilu budynkach I można się nabiegać:) Można tu zaznać spokoju po nocnym życiu na Patongu... The resort is new, clean, well managed. Breakfast is great. This place is not really in Patong beach therefore it is a great location. Quiet and easy to get to. But if you don't have a bike and/or car, then it is not cheap as taxis are expensive. Hence why I have put Good instead of Excellent. Kalima resort is an amazing holiday destination place with a great location, beautiful interiors , infinity pool and a stunning bar. To top it all it has a friendly staff. I was here for a leisure and romantic trip and we had the best time in this fantastic resort. Loved how the staff were always smiling, proactive, very approachable. Staff were always trying to make us feel at home and comfotable!!!! They made us feel like we were special customers though we were just normal customers:):) Breakfast!! Definitely worth it!!. Good location, away from Patong yet still close enough for a 15 mins tuk tuk ride to Patong (100 bht pp). Big cleans rooms with comfortable beds. Staff was courteous though a few times a bit confused as it looked. Overall, good value for money. The Location was amazing,everything is within reach in 5 to 10 min with a tuktuk. Hotel over looking the sea and the rooms are clean and crisp.Pool and housekeeping staff were amazing.Hats off to the chefs, beautiful food. Very relaxing, great pool & bar. Breakfast well worth getting up for. We hired a taxi for the day & got him to take us around the sites. There was a small beach in walking distance. There is a pool on the 2nd floor which is very beautiful. The room is big and clean, and quiet as well. View from the room is excellent. If you're looking for a luxury resort in a quiet area, run. food is good.but the servic and decoration is soso.the room is very small.The view is good.But I think in paton,maybe all hotel is not very good if you want some seaview and also have private swimming pool. The hotel manager and the staff try to be gentle and polite when we decided to live the hotel the first night because it didn´t match our expectations. Though I absolutely loved this place, I'll point out the weak points: You had to take a tuk-tuk or taxi to get to the happening Patong beach (there was a shuttle service but it didn't operate at night) which could get a bit expensive if, like me, you were travelling on a budget! There was no direct beach access, so getting around did require hiring something. Drinks, spa treatments, etc. were expensive but not more so than you'd expect at any good hotel. Pokoje nie wyciszone, hałas przyrody (świerszczy) czasami budził jak alarm:) Konieczne wypożyczenie skutera lub auta, ponieważ każdy wyjazd (plaża miasto) to 600bat choć to tylko 7min. The layout is terrible. Steps to nearly everything and nothing lines up. Just a few steps up to get to the lifts - why not flat all the way to the lifts. Having bags on rollers is not easy in this place. Rooms further out from the main structure requires a lot more stairs to climb just to get to the lift. Seriously floored architecture (to coin a pun) and a bad waste of space. Nothing. Nothing really But if I may say, they may can improve a bit in cleaning. Everything was very clean but when you really take a look, some weren't. But other then that it was perfect!!!. Breakfast was not up to the mark and there was no changes in the menu for days we stayed. I asked for a airport pickup which was never arranged, however, you could easily get a cab for around 1000 BHT or less. Was a fraction too far from main beach. Had to rely on transfers. Only 2 elevators, so that sometimes inconvenient to get to your room. The location is not that good, you have to pay about 400-500 baht to get to Patong beach.....No 7-11 shops around (though there's a shop held by the hotel itself..)..... Loads of walking, they should maybe have a shuttle service to take people to their rooms. Lots of steps not child friendly Poor english from staff. Early morning staff. They took their own time to do the check out and forgot to refund my deposit. When I asked for the deposit the next day, they did the transfer using western union but charged the fee from my deposit which was really bad. Taxi. The website is a bit misleading when it comes to location. They play up the view and the fact that the resort is on a "secluded cliff side". They do not mention the large main road directly in front of the resort, complete with power lines and heavy traffic. Also, everything is very expensive, including their mediocre food. Not sure if this is because of the area or the resort itself, but I would not recommend this to any of my friends. Some lights were not working and need spays for mosquitos. The location was not that convenient since its far from Patong, so if you like the beach, the resort might not be a proper one.the price for spa was easily over 4000b which is not reasonable.food here is just ok. All shopping is far away. They should have more free car transport down to patong beach More western food for lunch and dinner time Gym should be ope later. The hotel is divided to a few buildings, and our room was really far from the reception. It was mostly problematic when it was raining, and the walk was a bit unpleasant. I stay there for 5 days ,not very clearn,and don't have toilet paper the first day,my coffee only have two days. Their hotel layout is just a hoot to figure out. We were taken on the wrong room from the first night the rest of our stay was not bad. Stench of toilet hard beds lumpy pillows poor lighting in bathrooms. All the others are bad. This hotel is not a five star hotel at most 3 stars THEY EVEN CHARGE US FOR A PACK OF ICE. bad service.
