The staff was really really nice from the moment we stepped into the hotel till we checked out. And the best thing about the hotel is the location, its located perfectly at the centre of Patong and its hidden inside a small alley which is only a 10m walk in. Its haven in the midst of the chaotic Patong streets. We just love how secluded it is yet so near to the beach and bangla road. It has a small garden/ground too that makes you feel like home. The staff were good and friendly. The facilities complete from tour packages to motorbikes. I would highly recommend it to lovers and families and friends traveling!.
all reviews » Dont expect views but value for money indeed. Very close to Bangla road and great shopping spots. Short stroll to the mall. Clean and sufficient for a couple of nights to get your shopping done in "sin city" and if you want to experience Bangla Road. Friendly and Helpfull staff!. Nice location and lovely setup. Will recommend this hotel if breakfast is not an important factor for you. everything is OK , I think I'll live here in next time in Phuket. the hotel supply the motobike rent service,250-300baht for one day, deposit is not required for guests who lived here. the hotel was very confortable but at night their was lot of shouting of laughing and talk from out side. i think near is some message centre. this issue should be addressed. Delux rooms are amazing, big comfortable beds, good air con, everything you would need and more, breakfast was great, would definatley stay again if I was going to phatong. The letsbookhotel.com representative, who helped us cancel our booking, and receive a refund, which enabled us to leave, and find a great modern hotel, with friendly staff. None!:). Our bed was not that comfortable. They need to upgrade their wifi as BB and Samsung users cant connect, only Apple and Nokia. something small, they charge you an extra 3% over and above the price you are quoted on letsbookhotel.com if you pay with a credit card. The breakfast was not so diversified. The hotel is quite far from the airport and the person from the hotel that was required to wait for us at the airport was about 25 minutes late ( without warning us). i dont recommend the normal rooms ... The breakfast was a total disappointment. We thought there would be buffet style, however we were asked to choose from a list of menu with limited items. We end up getting our own breakfast for the other days. The walking street, was fine for 1 night but anymore and it's a headache!. Showers are great but can run out of hot water if everyone takes a long shower. No real garden, no phone in room. Some parts of the sea are very dangerous and we are about the death because there is no enough signs that shows the places are dangerous on the beach and the the sea is so wawey in july and august. Bad wi-fi No territory, but its a small city hotel, it is not needed. standard room, some maintenance issues, no swimming pool, no non-smoking areas or rooms. Constant hassle working 'ladies' at entrance; night before checkout owner sent staff barging into room demanding immediate payment or else...... Clearly haunt for 'professionals' , less suitable for 'regular' folk, couples, families. bed very hard,would not recommend because of bed. Missing pool, but the beach is close, only 4/5 minutes walk. Nothing. They charge 3% from total amount if paying by visa card. Why ?. As there was no buffet breakfast, The breakfast menu needs to change, have more variety. Also there were no scales to weigh your bags, we were told to go to the family mart in the street and pay. The bed was rock hard, it felt like sleeping on a wooden desk! The breakfast was also rather mundane and limited. There are couple of points which I would like to highlight: (1) We booked for a 'deluxe' room - the moment we entered the room it smelled of stench. After complaining, was relocated to the 1st Floor room (2) The breakfast is not a BUFFET one. For any additional breads, croissants you've to PAY for it. Breakfast just wasn't worth the effort. The approach to the hotel along a narrow concrete passageway was a little disconcerting. Breakfast could be also Thai food available. No choice for breakfast. Hotel charges is upon check in instead of during check out. No tea or coffee in room No bar fridge contents Very mercenary No late check out available despite many empty rooms. Only one window - the front wall, which people could look in to if you had the curtains drawn. Rooms are round a drab and dusty central space. Air-conditioning turns off when you leave the room making it a sauna when you return. One staff at the front desk was not very friendly, no smile all the day. Staff are corny. They are untrustworthy. Highly not recommended. Big thugs. 1. I was shocked once I saw that there should have been a minibar but nothing was there. 2. There was an electric kettle but no coffee or tea pack, what to do with kettle? 3. In the room, there was no telephone or intercom. 4. TV was normal, not flat screen. 5. The last morning before I check out; requested for wake up service. They noted but did not make any call. Staff not very friendly. The rude staff member who was working when we arrived, worst customer service ever received. False advertising, of free bike rental on letsbookhotel.com website, which I was informed was not available for letsbookhotel.com customers. Old furnishings, hard bed, bad atmosphere, poor breakfast.
