THE STAFF The manager/owner was very patient prior to my stay during the booking process. He was flooded with my emails and yet still replied informatively. In person, he is cheerful and hospitable. The other reception staff are friendly, and aided when help is required. THE ROOM I stayed in their deluxe room. It's furnish and even have an iPhone docking player which is great for a music junkie like myself. Rooms are clean, spacious and nice. Housekeeping does a good job with my alw.

İn room,there is no hair dryer. While I had some problems on the trip, it was nothing to do with the hotel. A bit noisy (from nearby bars), bathroom could get upgraded, no lift. limited room facilities, no water boiler or cups - though provided by request. The owner said that i didn't pay for one night although i paid for it by credit card, so i had to pay again. i do not know whose mistake was it... Little overpriced for what it is, but for the location I guess that's what you pay. Room and bathroom quite small, worth the upgrade I would say. noise from surrounding bars until morning. The room was very sparse compared to other hotels in the same price range. The restroom did not have adequate shelving to accommodate my toiletries. The night club next door played loud music until 4:00 am. noisy, no lift, the "reception" is actually a desk opened to the street, so anyone can just get a key and walk in. The beach was dirty, you can't have a moment without anyone comming to you and trying to sell something. Go to other places in the island. They say that they accept credit cards, but when you get there the machine is broken (common problem in Thailand, the machines are always broken).
