Location was excellent. Quiet for relaxation and a good night sleep. Yet a few minutes walk leads to the busy life of bangla rd. Shops is less than 5 minutes walk. Very convenient. Booked the honeymoon suite which is quite a big room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. So it was value for money. Room facilities was good. Very comfy bed. Spa was just a few meters from our room and opposite our hotel. Renting of bikes was also directly opposite our hotel.
all reviews » Nice hotel in a good location, with good facilities, especially the rooftop swimming pool! I went for a deluxe room which was spacious and had a balcony. Good place to relax overall, and close (5 min walk) to Bangla Road, yet far enough not to have your sleep disturbed by the noise. The main house rooms are big and comfy. Pool is smaller than it looks in the picture, but good enough to relax after beach. Staff speaks OK english, better ask your questions between 9-17, then there is also office workers around who knows things better. Decent location, close to Jungceylon, not to far from Bangla, but a bit of a walk from the beach. Like to pool on the top of the main building. Rooms are pretty nice but ours had a few snags. the staff was very friendly and the housekeeping was superb, realy always kind, never had so good housekeeping, my felecitations! Nice rooftop pool and ok rooms. good value hotel ,lots of places to eat around the hotel,good views from rooftop pool,short walk to banglor rd , doctor over the road for those with small kids . Houskeepers talks really loud early in the morning behind the door. Pool-bar is often without staff, dont wait, just use the phone behind the bar and call to reception (number 0)!. Was a really bad smell in our room when we turned on the light and with it the fan in the bathroom. Because the fan would create a draft from outside (even with the AC turned on), and outside parts of the hotel is a pool of brakish water full of garbage (yes, really charming), and it smells. Did not like getting that smell into the room. Was also difficulties flushing our toilet. Even though they provide most toiletries (shampoo, conditioner etc) they don't provide a bar of soap. at night there was a lot of noise of party people, but if partying is your reason to come to patong then go to APK!. Had to keep requesting toilet paper.. LOL. Had to pay for wifi in rooms. Not a nice area, construction going on all around hotel and surrounding areas. The road outside of the Hotel was under construction and it was terrible trying to negotiate. AC noise. nothing. - The staff didn't change the toiletries (E.g towel, shower cap, mat, etc.) - internet connection limited in the certain area. My room faced the main road so it was always noisy. Breakfast time could be extended by at least 30 minutes with some additional options like hot milk, hot chocolocate etc. N/A. No wifi in the rooms :(. A/C not the best. Reception staff Internet free in loppy. nothing. The main road is under construction during my stay in Jul 2013. Luckily there is sunny for my whole stay of 4 days....If not the road is absolutely damn dirty...Too expensive for the room, honeymoon room, shower falling off,no soap, does not look anything like the photos on the internet, toilet paper not good, . The location can be so called "average" and you have to find the way to night life as i got a wrong information from the receptionist. After 3days 2 nights stay , i realised it would be better stay where located along patong beach. The hotel room have one one bulk light and another two was spoiled when we checked in. As mentioned in letsbookhotel.com, they have root top swimming pool but they say repairing and another swimming was pretty small and its likely can park two cars . wifi must available in the room. The staff are not friendly & very rude, service really slow .. Not recommended to stay. Didn't have wifi in my room and so noisy !!. not clean- not good service - very very bad breakfast - didnt worth it at all. i dont recommend it to nobody as i was a repeater at this hotel it was worse than last time. very very bad. i paid for superior room and gave me standard and after complainig they didnt change us room. they cheat. Room was dirty room,smelly,small, Bug and mosquitos and bathroom . tv not working at all. Even after I report /complaint no one seem bother to do anything at all. Breakfast not much of a choice.for non asian, bread, pancake and fruit, for asian rice and local dish. Coffee is so bad, that the package coffee in the room is 100 percent better. Bottom line this is the last time any of my family, friends and me would ever stay in that hotel. the rooms are old, the bathroom is a little uncomfortable. the staff does not have good customer care. Internet service is very poor. Disgrace what a dive. Mould in bedroom bathroom. Cockroach in bathroom. Bad staff. What a rip of . No wifi in rooms. Please stay away !!!!. Wasn't worth staying.
