all reviews » Absolut superb hotel. It is a family owned hotel and you can see and feel the difference to the hotel chains. Fresh juices (free of charge) every morning, super cafe, fresh fruite, stunning seaview, absolute great food at reasonable prices, super room, very fast wifi internet. And you are not with 1000 other people packed into a hotel area. The whole hotel has 10 villas and it is a very nice atmosphere. 10/10 points. You had to pay 400b if you used hotel shuttle each way otherwise which adds up. We would prefer the shuttle going to the beach was earlier than 11 a.m. The tours, driver and spa services were expensive compared to the average on the island. I wouldn't say I didn't like it. However, initially we had asked for a late checkout at 1530hrs since our flight was at 1730hrs which you guys graciously allowed. However, on the morning itself, we were informed that there was a last minute booking and we had to shift to another room at around 11ish. Which was, in my opinion, not as good as the room we stayed in. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed it. The beach access is by car on the other side of the road. The food at the restaurant is a bit pricy. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but slightly better if you went to the restaurant. The sauce that came with the eggs benedict was weird. The location was a bit isolated and we were reliant on the resort's drivers to transport us anywhere, including down the steep hill to the beach. Tons of moschitos, after 20 min breakfast my husband had 48 bites! We stopped going to Bfast and never sat on the terrace. The place is up a very steep hill and taxis will not take you so you always have to call them for pick up. The room we stayed in (camellia) had 4 inches worth of sun so no point having an infinity pool!. The price for 3 bedrooms apartment only covers 2 person, it's ridiculous.
