The staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful – they are willing to answer any questions you may have and will help you with travel arrangements if required (good prices too!). Their English is also very good and they are very patient if there are any misunderstandings. Good location - it is about a 5 minute walk to the main town meaning you get a quiet night’s sleep! Everything! The lady who owned the properly was sooooo nice!!! She helped us book everything at no extra charge and even gave us money off! The rooms are SPOTLESS, so is the bathroom. For such little money we got a huge room, comfiest bed iv slept in in Asia and even a Balcony. The bathroom window didnt have any glass or mesh, it was just a gap in the wall allowing insects to fly straight in. We had booked a double room, it was a single room with a double mattress on a mat on the floor. Our room and especially bathroom weren't very clean. Nothing that would ruin our stay there, but it's a little downside. At our arrival we were told that there is the room we booked is unavailable (I think they overbook the hotel). We were proposed to take a one without bathroom with a discount or the same standard room in another hotel. We stayed as the other one looked worse. The shower had no hot water. There was a kind of bar that was playing loud music till 1 AM and the cleaning ladies started shouting in the corridor from 7 AM... Transit fast as it is not a place to linger, unless you like discomfort. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. It looks like the bathroom door which really was looking nasty wasnt cleaned for years. You have to pay for the Internet To use their computers. Cleaning standards very poor throughout; starts in the kitchen/bar area and follows on in rooms. Bathrooms are so filthy, it isn't possible they get clean regularly. The mirror and the back of the door were splashed with muck and grime. We must have been given the hottest room out of the lot, we had stayed in a fan only room before but this time we really suffered; not enough ventilation. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel, however cheaper it might be.
