  The location was awesome - set in a quiet Kata location away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and close enough to the shopping area of Kata Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and they were able to connect us directly to every tour possible we could think of. They even waited for me on several occasions to return back to the resort. Easily the best resor - We loved it! Hotel is really quiet, and well located. Close to beach: 5 to 10 minutes walking from one of the nicest beaches of the island, and eating facilities nearby. There are some shops, but not too many. Rooms are spacious, luminous, very clean and silent. Nice pool, and massage, tours, transfer and room service. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and offer lots of options.

The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.

The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . I had a baby and staff were more then happy to assist with extra water for her bottles ect. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai
