Perfect location at 3 minutes from the relaxing Kamala beach and from many bars and restaurant. The room was wonderful and perfectly cleaned. The breakfast simple but delicious. The owners were taking care of all details including excursions. In summary one of the best place we ever been at a very cheap price. Mareeya Place is quiet and comfortable, close to everything including a 2 minute walk from the lovely Kamala beach, 10 minute scooter ride from Surin and Bang Tao, 20 minute scooter from Patong, on your doorstep massage salons, traditional thai restaurants and bars. Very clean and cozy. Great value for money.

I've traveled much and the hotel of this level with absolutely resonable price I've encountered for the first time. You have every small thing in the room you need . I'd recommend everybody this hotel!. The room was wonderful. Had a microwave and DVD player along with a fridge and in room safe. Very, very clean. The breakfast was very nice and we were able to take it and eat on our lovely balcony. The staff were so friendly. So close to the beach. This is the only place I would ever stay in Kamala. The owner/manager was very available and ready to help. She booked our excursions and taxis to and from the airport. She helped make our trip very smooth. The cleaning staff are efficient and very thorough. All the staff was very friendly. The hotel is quiet and located very close to the beach. Room was clean. The cleaning girl did a fantastic job everyday. Close to the beach. A five minute walk puts you around 10 different places to eat...all good. Your 100 meters from the beach...much better than being in Paying...but your a 400 baut taxi ride of 15 minutes from there if you like. WiFi sometimes could not reach room...I Was on the 3rd floor. No pool but the beach is 2 minutes away from the beach. Nothing. Motor bikes noise of near by road but mainly limited to rush hours. Not a thing. nothing...
