Really good value with very friendly efficient English speaking staff, a clean room, great pool and best of all was the fantastic included breakfast. Definitely the best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed with. A really good hotel if you want to be in the heart of the city. Large room, ocean view balcony with table and chairs. Two swimming pools that were very nice!! Nice breakfast buffet. The location was quiet. Walking distance to the ocean beach.
all reviews » A reasonably sized room with a decent view and a small balcony. The breakfast bar offers a large choice. The hotel is close to the town centre. Good rooms and staff were friendly and helpfull. A good, simple hotel. Excellent value. Location was excellent and breakfast range of food very good. Hotel was very busy and everyone was looked after. The staff were very helpful in attending the issues I had with my room. I had also left my bumbag/fannypack on the sofa down stairs and one of the girls returned it to me. It had all of my money, cards and passport. Very honest people. We stayed at the hotel last year and the hotel was great and the best thing then and now are the staff. location. Bathroom was new and good. Area central for Hua Hin. Nothing. Could only spend a short time there. The A/C did not cool the room as well as I liked. I would like to see a safe in the room, rather than having to hand stuff into the reception every day. Breakfast was very poor. Cold Eggs, bad coffee. When we arrived, we was informed by reception that we had paid for only 1 night and that we would have to pay cash for the 2nd night. Don't know if this is a ploy to get caash from visitors of a genuine mistake. My first room was extremely tired and worn out. It smelt terrible and the sheets were dirty. I was provided a second room which also had dirty sheets. My room was upgraded and was neat tidy, clean and modern. I paid 1200BHT which I now believe was excess for this hotel. In the last 12 months the hotel has gone 'down hill'. I did not take the first room I was offered because it was dirty. The second was just about acceptable. The pool area was dirty and only one pool was open. There was no hot water and although we booked for 6 days we checked out after 3. A hotel that's now best avoided. bad smell of toilet. Breakfast was RUBBISH ! Receptionists whilst friendly demanded payment up front not on departure for balance due??? Parking not under cover and very congested. Swimming pool very dirty. No TV program guide. A 3rd rate establishment probably will never return or recomend to friends. Hotel very shabby.
