The hotel pools are amazing, the water slide provides fun not only for the young ones but also lets the inner child out of the older ones. It is really close to the weekend market, which is an absolute blast. The night market as a lot of variety of accessories and young designer who present their pieces such as clothes or portraits. The food court that is around the market has a great variety of not only local dishes but also international cuisine. Definitely going to be back there.
all reviews » The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and quick. The environment is quite relaxing with a lot of greenery and next to the beach. The pool area was nice, especially the beach pool is ideal for small kids and their parents who can stay on the sunbeds while kids play in the sand or kids pool. The food is nice for fair price. The spot called Tranquility Court which is used for Yoga class every morning and for personal relaxation on other time. The free form pool surrounded by beautiful garden and one section with the 10 meter slider. The restaurant and breakfast served. The staff at the You&Mee restaurant and the reception area are providing really fast and good service, whereby the waiter at the sala thai and the main restaurant are sometimes a bit rude, do not pay attention to detail and are ignoring/forgetting orders. As the hotel is located by the beach, misquote spray should be provided in the rooms, since there are a lot sometimes in the room. When we were staying at the hotel, there was a huge storm for 2 days, with non-stop rain. The room was very moist and there was some leakage. Though, we understood this seldom happens, and they were very quick in fixing it. The distance to the centre is a bit far, but the shuttle bus is convenient. The room is a bit too small. The pool tiles came out in many parts because they are old and the pool is so big and long and like impossible to fix without closing the whole pool. Anyway, the water is well maintained and clean. - Slight delay at checkin, but that - Limited choice of fruit at breakfast. The room is really small. You have to pay for wifi at room and the location is a bit far from the night market. The rooms was generous and nice but with this beautiful hotel I expected the furniture of the rooms to be more modern. The rooms are a bit older and you have to pay from internet. No wifi on the room... The staff were not attentive by considering the the category of the hotel.
