Good Hotel. Excellent pool about 25 meters -water clean and warm. Good and clean room, sofa on balcony rocks ! Good breakfast , stay 3 days every day new dishes. Almost in center 5 mins walk for Villa Market and main shop. Excellent location who do not wanna stay on the beach and save some money :) Good parking space behind hotel. Supermarket near hotel, street cafe and restaurant, massage saloon , taxi , all. Our friends easy come with us, kids was happy there.
all reviews » The location is excellent, just few minutes walk to Maket Village, the largest shopping mall in Hua Hin. And taxi are always available nearby. Room is big & clean. The bed is super comfortable. And the day bed on private balcony is lovely. We also enjoy the time at the pool. The staff is helpful. My boyfriend was sick in a morning, and would like to have a simple breakfast at room. The staff bring us some yummy chicken congee. The hotel is very quiet and convenient. The staff are friendly too. We have a mall with a huge supermarket just 5 min walk away from the hotel. Within the hotel complex we also have a currency exchange and a convenient store which sells from snacks to sun tan lotion and cosmetics. The hotel is a approximately 20min walk to the popular night market and a 10 min tuk tuk ride to Cicada market and across the road to the beach. Great pool area,there was always a bed available.rooms spacious and clean,loved the day beds on balcony.staff very helpful.Location was excellent for us,we didn't want to be in the centre but near enough to access it.plenty of good value eating place very near by.beach was across a busy road,but there was a pedestrian crossing about 50metres from hotel entrance.Great value for money.Highly recommended. - The pool access room with the Jaccuci in the balcony is fabulous, make it a highlight of my trip. - very convenient location with just mins walk to nearby mall and in reach to night market and cicada in just 100baht. Great rooms and a lovely pool area. The food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonable priced. With in 2 minute walk of awesome mall. Across from hotel there is laundry ,rental bikes etc very handy. Clean and spacious rooms and a nice big swimmingpool. Very friendly and helpfull staff. On walking distance from Shopping center. Good wifi and also 2 free computers for free use at the lobby.. This is a new modern hotel . The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is a buffet with a good choice of items. It is situated about 300 metres from the beach. Very good location near local cheap restaurantas and shopping center. Very big and nice pool and friendly staff. All drinks in minibar were included in the room rate. This is the 2nd Time I've stayed at G Hua Hin Resort & Mall and both times I have not been disappointed. Hotel is practically new. We had a room on the ground floor with a jacuzzi on the patio/balcony with steps leading down to the swimming pool. value for money. Hotel was of a very good standard for people on a budget. Rooms very comfortable and even had a free mini bar in the room. Feeling safe and secure, clean rooms and facilities/pool. Good Breakfast for quality and choice, Very friendly atmosphere. Get answer that restaurant already closed, and no food for us:). Should work till midnight ;). We stayed in a room with our own private outdoor jacuzzi, however the water of the jacuzzi appeared slightly unclean. if I had to say anything negative about the hotel it would be the breakfast.Although choice was limited,there was ample choice for myself,but stocks in our 9 days there where always low,you had to continually ask them for bread,fruit,bowls,etc.i understand they do not want to waste food but there should be the same selection for those that eat at 7am and those that eat at 9.30.however a small criticism. - Breakfast not much variety - no hair conditioner, tooth brush, etc provided. The walls between the rooms are not optimal sound proof. The airco makes quite a lot of noise, even at the lowest fan speed. Little bit noisy aircondition. Slightly misleading with the mall in the title..it is tiny.however the main Hua Hin mall is 5 min walk.. Elevators seem to be slow, I believe this has something to do with their size. Sometimes quicker to walk down the stairs. If you are driving to Hua Hin from Bangkok the hotel is not well signposted when you get to Hua Hin. Its 100 meters from Bangkok Hospital. Breakfast was the main disappointment . Wifi connections poor, no assistance offered for local entertainment or travel advices. Internet a bit slow. The 'mall' as they call it is unfinished and consists of a lingerie shop and small supermarket store with very little else. We didnt try the restaurant as it seemed very empty of atmosphere when we went there for breakfast. The pool access room was little bit small. We stayed four nights and three out of the four breakfasts were poor. The variety of food was good but unfortunately the staff did not replenish the dishes so therefore there was little choice other than omelettes & eggs - shame really as this was our only criticism. no area of concern. Breakfast could be improved. It quite far from night market and city , about 25 minutes for walking, good for those like to swim and relax at beach . We could hear the train every night making it really difficult to sleep. Also, it was quite hot at night but the air conditioner was loud to keep on at night so we left it off, making it uncomfortable to sleep. When we put it on, the noise of the air conditioner made it difficult to sleep. Staff didnt speak english really well. I found this hotel to be a bit to expensive compared to others with same standard. No view to beach, only high rised buildings. Not enough seating for breakfast and quiet often they were slow in replenishing the fruit ect . Building work going on at the moment behind the hotel . Attempt to charge me for a lost key card. Wifi cuts out a little. Nothing compared to how amazing the hotel and service is. Organisation around the pool area not great. Slightly far from town (about 25 mins walk) and night market. The AC is a little bit noisy. Location is a little away from the nightlife. Nothing. No proper hotel bar. Too busy at buffet breakfast, not enough seats inside, have to keep requesting to replenish food. Cannot sit outside on balcony on evening due to mosquitos. Had to pay the room bill on arrival even before seeing the room, bad manners!. Staff were not too friendly. Not near the beach. Restaurant is more of a cafeteria (not cosy) Was asked to pay the whole stay upon my arrival which I refused. We settled on 50/50. The attitude from some of the staff, the have kind of discremination. The information on the internet, was deffer than what I have see, they attach the name mall, but there is no shoping mall, it is a mini market. Breakfast staff were poor on the 2 days i was there .tables not cleared away so difficult to find a convenient spot.Chef also said couldn t make a poached egg.I complained but received no feedback .Would not go back for that reason. expensive hotel nothing in Hua Hin 300m to the beach 300m to jungle mall. Hotel staff made multiple mistakes upon our check in, gave us twin room even after I confirmed with them when the room was assigned at the front desk. They forgot to ask for my signature on the credit card payment which they did offline before our arrival, so they woke us up very early the next morning with a very annoying phone call, and on top of that I had to struggle to understand their poor English. Breakfast is the worst ever besides the fresh fruit, not worth waking up early for.
