1) Excellent infinity pool - salt water pool, segregated area for Small kids though small. Jacuzzi area with a bar 2) beautiful & luxurious rooms with king beds, comfy pillows 3) bathroom was very grand & luxurious. Bathtub was the best we had ever used! Big, oval shaped & roomy. Plus a waterfall feature located within the bathroom to create a surreal effect. A LCD screen strategically positioned for movie watching. Superb! 4) birthday surprise with cake, candles & matches 5) b.

Great smimming pool next to the river surrounded by lillawadee trees with some flowers falling to the water & always birds singing in the garden - relaxing. The fantastic atmosphere, friendly, relax, greate attention witout overdoing. We liked very much the outside restaurant and spent a lot of time there. spacious room with balcony not a normal hotrl rooom one did not feel trapped even on rainy days The staff weree very helpful Spa was excellent. The room is very clean and comfortable, staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel swimming pool is good, high quality Spa in the hotel. My room was quiet and spacious. The garden and pool are good. Deluxe suite good size and well-equipped. Large swimming pool. 1) hotel is next to an abandoned industrial area that looks creepy at night 2) no nearby shops. Need to get a Tuk Tuk out. really nothing !. Some small details in service could be better - like once there were no towels in the swimming pool at 8 p.m. while it is opened until 9 p.m. The airconditon in the room were very noisy and also very diffelcult to adjust. There were variable speed on the airconfan, but apparently did not seem to work resulting in a cotinous high speed on fan and reflecting noise disturbing sleep and comfort. Maybe not so central although easily accessible by 100TBHT ride in red taxi. Locaton is a little bit far to old town Hotel shuttle bus choice is limited. nothing. Pigeons flying around and disturbed us on our balcony. n/a. Nothing. In superrior executive room they should allow children above 12 and charge only if we buy exera bed. The hotel location is not convenient enough. After I stayed at less expensive hotel and it was better. The staff was way more helpful and kind. They went out of way to help me and anticipate my needs. Booked the room for deluxe standard room, checked in and assigned to room 1005, was on top of the restaurant and bar. Very noisy at night time even after 10pm. also balcony and room can be seen outside from the garden and corridor, no privacy at all. Did complained to the hotel and got upgraded to deluxe suites then problem was solved. Hotel has weddings and private functions which take over hotel and restaurants with no concern for guests. Service appalling while these events are on - impossible to get room service etc. Generally staff seem disinterested at any time. Hotel far from town centre on a very busy road making walking anywhere impossible and tuk tuks not easily found and try overcharging every time. Not sure why Chang Mai is such a popular destination as town large, busy and not very attractive. Voucher said "check out time 12:00-14:00", But they did not follow the above rule. We made the reservation of taxi transpotation at 14:00 and We had a young child. Neverthelss they ordered me check out at 12:00.
