We loved everything. Clean rooms, nice patio to have breakfast. Great latte! Nee and Max (sorry if I mispelled your names) helped us with everything big time. all reviews » Nee and Mac were the most amazing hosts! They both went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and had plenty of hot water. Nee also makes a great breakfast. We were there during the Lantern Festival and upon arriving Nee informed us that she had already organized a group outing to attend the Mae Jo University lantern release! This made our day since we were worried about getting to and from this event. Thanks Nee & Mac for taking care of us not as guests. - our stay in CS House was very nice, good staff and nice garden, clean bed, good value for the money. - We also asked the hotel staff to arrange some trip for us, good price and service. - Location is good, not far from old town, 10-15 min walk. -We will for sure recommend our friends to stay there if they go to Chiang Mai. It's a little hard to find, if you don't know how. You have to walk the eastern road of the "square" up north and a little bit further. Then you walk straight left along the little canal, so the canal is on your right. It's the 2nd little street on the left, the guesthouse is on the right side after about 200-300 meters. Nothing. The location was a con, since the shortest way to get to town center was a one-block puddle of mud and the only alternative was to walk at least 7 blocks. They need confortable pillows. I found no faults. Nothing!!!. if there is only refrigerator in the room that would be epic. If you dont pay for an air conditioned room, like us, it will get hot in the room. We visited in late november. Cold water Small bathroom but good value for a money. Nothing. Same price as hotels who are located inside the walls of Chiang Mai. nothing - next trip will choose this guesthouse again !. None. Nothing, I will stay here again. Beds are very firm however all of the other hostels and hotels in the northern Thailand had the same beds whether we were in 1500b rooms or 400b rooms. Down side road. The bathroom might have been cleaner, otherwise aok. The location itself isn't very impressive but it's just few minutes walk to the downtown. No tea/coffee facilities Not 24hr service.
