The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. It was well located. Breakfast was good too. The guests were accommodated even before usual check in time of 2 pm if the rooms were available. Friendly staff willing to assist at anytime. Large rooms with all required facilitied. Excellent breakfast with lot of varities. Veri satisfied with the service. Excellent location for shopping and Skytrain, efficient reception, large well- equipped room, good shower, comfortable bed.

Moreover, I told the administrator in advance that I will pay in cash, but she charged money from my card at 6 am, and the check in time is 12 am. No helping staff, rest is below good. Our room had an adjoining door to another room which allowed the smell from the neighbours cigarettes and durian fruit to sometimes enter our room. They give us very bad room in which we cannot sleep. The room was full of light in early morning. Washroom was not good that's why we did not stay there more. The staff behavior was very bad may be because we book through letsbookhotel.com that's why. Really bad service , request for a hair dryer for days and I did not get it until the day I check out. Do not have a friendly reception. At least they do not smile. No courtesy at all. The staff is very disappointed, not friendly n helpful. We can't gave the late checkout even only 1 room since we booked 8 rooms. So most of my group was pray at lobby. Which is not very comfort. If other hotel was not full, i'm very not recommend to stay in this hotel. Front desk staff don't care attitude there not helpful at all breakfast was not there as they mention the time once we went for breakfast nothing was left. they need to fumigate the rooms as the one we had had bugs that made sleeping so uncomfortable. weak wifi. Pathetic Rooms , Broken Floor Tiles , Room No. 617, Breakfast No Choices , Everything Cold . Security Box Charges Unnecessary. receptionist were not friendly at all. Breakfast , counter servicing attitude sucks !.
