The bellmen - "Patrick" & Naphat were sensational and extremely personable. I can't say enough about them as they truly went above and beyond. They were sincerely concerned about us and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. They both were SO sweet! The hotel was fabulous. Very clean with spacious rooms. The pool and restaurant were excellent. The fried sea bass with chili sauce was amazing as was the breakfast buffet. We would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again without a .
all reviews » The studio is very good. The room is perfect for a family or couples. The pool is wonderful. The location is good it's easy to go to the city center and enjoy shopping. The staff is friendly and gives us a lot of helpful suggestions. They always helpful. The staff were very helpful and the concierge gave me lots of info about the local area. The room was very comfortable and I had everything I needed at hand. Room service was quick and nothing was too much trouble for housekeeping. My daughter and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and would definitely stay there again. I would also recommend it to my fellow business associates. Perfect hotel very closed the skytrain in Sukumvit. All staff are very welcome and dedicated on service. Very good price for value. Only negative was the location being a bit further out of town - but this was balanced by the close proximity of the bts (which was less than 5min walk). The area in which the hotel is located is somewhat rundown. Air pollution on Sukhumvit is terrible. Laundry service is the slowest that I have ever seen!!!. A little far out of town, but sky train right by made it easy to get around. Lobby was very cold. Train ride a bit far from main shopping areas. The neighborhood is a little unattractive. Breakfast must improve. Did'nt have much options for Indian food. Pillow.. The shower has electrical heater, so the flow of hot water is not stable. N/a.
