This hotel is absolutely beautifull, the room was big and had everything in it, good coffee maker, books, television's very nice bathroom a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent, we have two children 5 and 9 years old, they loved the Kids club with pc's, WII games, painting, and fun games with the nursery staff. The pool is huge and not to deep so ideal for the kids, There is a walkway to the Paragon department store this is only 40 meters away from the hotel, here you find everything you want .

The room was magnificent. Great balcony on which to enjoy the complimentary drinks. The Thai restaurant was exceptional and the highlight of the stay. The hotel was an oasis in the heart of what must be the most busy and chaotic city in the world. I love the luxury of the Kempinski Bangkok for the relatively low price. The hotel is fairly new and the room size is very generous. The breakfast is excellent and if you like shopping, it's all on the doorstep. Room service was very good too. The staff were exceptional. Kempinski obviously invest heavily in training because the staff anticipated every need before asking. The room was nice and clean, the pool area was a lovely oasis in a busy city. I highly recommend this hotel. Great place to stay, and fantastic location for shopping. The rooms were clean and very quiet. I travel to Bangkok for work regularly and will continue to keep staying at this hotel. Location is couple steps away from Paragon Mall and BTS. Other malls are close by. The Executive room was nice and having access to executive floor with it's facilities. The lobby is so comforting , the garden with the swimming pool idea was really different , the service of crossing the road at the back gate is so pampering. - one of the best hotels I've ever staid - sometimes the very attentive and discrete staff seems to take even more care of you then you actually need!. The only thing (and it's not the hotel's fault) is the traffic congestion caused by the mixture of the hotel and shopping centres nearby. In the evening it took an hour to reach the nearest main road about 100 metres away. The concierge forgot to book our car for transport to the airport, but this was fairly quickly taken care of by taking a normal taxi. I wish there were more restaurants to choose from. There is just the Thai restaurant with only 'fancy' taster menus and the coffee shop. The wooden floors of the room meant that noise travels. I had a loud toddler next door who kept me up the first night. I asked to move rooms and the staff were very obliging. The restaurant food was very average. The chef has tried very hard to be creative with food design. However the combinations just dont work!. The breakfast buffet was not rich . Comparing with the other facilities it's below average.
