Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any one specially to my company staff and my family member .
all reviews » The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown. Staff attention was excellent and we felt really taken care of. Highlight to the reception gentleman named Ismile. The swimming pool on the top floor is a must after a day exploring the city. Fantastic one bedroom deluxe, with great living area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Pool was beautiful and the service was great. Very picky with accommodation and would recommend to everyone. Friendly staff.. Close from hospitals and shopping malls, 100-150 Bat by taxi.. Clean.. Swimming pool and gym.. Stored our language after check out due to late flight.. -spacious flat. -full amenity kitchen. -staff friendly. -very good security. -clean. -wifi internet fast although not free. Every thing is worth appreciating about the hotel....very centrally located....good food, well secured..... I like every things in this hotel, And Special remark, Servants and a kind face treatment,. Breakfast not great for kids. I would strong recommend that you book through the hotels website, you will get more for the same price. mosquitoes in the room. there was nothing not to like. Breakfast... too small room for so many people. Took too long to get our room ready, they we were 5 and they put us in 1 bed room and made us wait for 3 hours to get to our room, staff are not friendly, location is bad, nothing close to you but 1 shopping mall. A/C is only on living room so when you close the slide door for the door it become so hot cannot sleep. The room we were given was stinking of sewage. We were very kindly shifted and upgraded to the 20th. Floor which was comfortable but still smelling but not as strong as the previous room. Hotel must do something about this. I have stayed in several Marriott around the world but never experienced something like this. The flat was dark ( sitting area), no view , daily cleaning was poor. Small room specially if you will put baby crib Not good location very far from any shopping malls. check in desk. Reception staff were rude upon checkin and throughout our stay... The room was not ready although it was past 3pm.. we had a 2 bedroom apartment.. so Such small rooms no space at all for your luggage not even a Rack. Breakfast is absolutely awful and an embarrassment to the Marriott group. No proper amenities in the bathroom. No extra pillows or blankets .. If you need a taxi, goooodluck! Even if you find one they won't go to the destination you want. Do not stay in this hotel. very old decoration.
