The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread. The hotel's staff were very helpful and friendly. the staff is so nice and polite. the location is superb, convinient to shopping, BTS too, breakfast is nice and have alot of variety, the most important, the staff in the cafe are so nice, they gave us reserve the seat with our time, thank you n will recomend to friends n stay there again when come back to bkk.

Limited Chinese variety shows n channels. Swimming pool is too small and there is no privacy. It is along the passageway to the lifts lobby and everyone tends to look through the glass window like a 'fish tank'. none. No free wifi at lobby. Hotel stuff rude and not helpful. Nothing. too many hotel in city under same name make confuse to taxi driver. the concierge does not speak english, was imposible to understand him and was the one assisting you to how or where to go!. not much. Nothing. Staff at executive lounge. none. Rate. Other hotels near by were better value for the price. dont like the lack of transparency regarding taxes... all advertisements should include all taxes and charges... There was nothong to dislike. Taxi difficult to find . Only make up the room for the 1st night as i stay for 3 nights. N. facilties. The price and the quality of the fourtune are not matching, theroom is very old decoration and bad, also the wifi is not free. The price high and the quality low.
